Boston Marriott Peabody

Quiet location but central to Boston and seaside towns. Clean rooms, easy parking, nice pool, close to shopping malls. Great staff overall, including reception and housekeeping. We loved the food and servers at Sophia!

The property was super nice and modern. Really enjoyed the room itself. Restaurant and bar on site were quite nice. The cost was high, no breakfast included and WiFi was also technically not included. Only if you are a Marriott Bonvoy member is it included.

Clean room and very nice staff

We were pleasantly surprised by the modernity and stylishness of the hotel. It was clean, well manicured, and comfortable. We had a long drive with much traffic and feared that the hotel would be the icing to a frustrating day. Amazingly, the hotel was bright, clean, and eye-pleasing. Not fancy 5star but it was minimalist yet simply sophisticated. We would stay there again.

The rooms were very clean and the staff was very polite and friendly. 😊

Nice clean place

They had feather down pillows and comforters, and I am allergic… But they did give me an alternate blanket and two foam pillows. Also, the pool was contaminated and had to be shut down, but the hotel was very nice about it.

The daytime front desk where rude, I had a disabled women, I’m heavily pregnant and a small child. They refused to bring a bell hop up. They know who we were because of prior interaction. The machine was off for the kids not to play.

From check-in with manager Jessica who offered an upgrade, to check-out with personable staffer Ciara, the stay could not have been improved. Room was immaculate, quiet, a great sleeping environment. Look forward to returning.

The hotel was unexpectedly lovely. It feels like a boutique hotel that you’d find in downtown Boston but it in a burb. Would definitely stay here again!
