This place was the worst!

We called ahead on our way to the hotel to ask about some of the concerns we had with the newer reviews that were posted since we booked months ago. We were told that they were not aware of these issues. Upon arrival the lobby was dirty the elevator was dirty and the hallways were not clean as well. We inspected our room and it seemed fine. After more thought we decided to leave and stay at another hotel. We just didn't have a good feeling about staying and could understand why it had received poor reviews.

SpringHill Suites is a convenient, reliable place to stay in Peabody. Not a lot of frills, but reasonably priced and in a central location.

I didn’t. The bases were pretty covered. All the bases were recovered. If you needed anything, it was right on site. You didn’t have to leave. Everything was clean. The staff was awesome. And if you’re hungry, they had all kinds of little foods that you could eat. Overall, I give it a 10 out of 10.

Everything i like

Great, convenient location. During a 6 night stay I never received housekeeping services but was informed there would be housekeeping every other day. I had to ask for clean towels.

Clean room!

Our room was very large and clean. The bed was comfortable. We did use the pool and hot tub which were cleaned that morning. The breakfast was fine but since it’s free it’s pretty basic but at least there were options. The staff was helpful and did a good job keeping everything clean and stocked.

Admittedly, I was very nervous when I arrived and was told rooms weren’t ready and a wedding party was seemingly taking over the parking lot and hotel….I have to say though, they got me into a room quickly and were very helpful. We were there for a week and had not one complaint. If the room was missing anything at all (as I said, they were bombarded on day 1), they were very helpful and accommodating. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was good. Overall very happy with our stay.

I was fasting, so did not get to enjoy the yummies that we’re permeating through the lobby . I did not encounter any dislikes.

Elevator didn't work the best, had to hit the arrow button several times for it to work. My bathroom was dirty, I wiped down before I used.. Other than that it was ok

The staff and room were great. Both morning and midnight shift were extremely helpful and friendly.
