Extended Stay America Suites Boston Peabody

Staff seemed like they were new or not well trained. The back of the property where our room was located was sketchy with people continuously loitering in the parking lot even late at night and it was very isolated making it feel unsafe. The pull out couch mattress was dirty and very uncomfortable. The room smelled bad.

I didn't like that my television channel summary of what's on didn't work!

The place needs some minor repairs. Such as some veneer is pulling away the tv sound was terrible. Having the kitchen was great as I could cook whatever I needed on the cooktop or microwave. That was incredibly convenient and saved a great deal of money.

The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. Parking was great. The facility was in an area that seemed safe. For a facility that boasts a full kitchen, there were no supplies in the room at all! You had to request everything from silverware, cups, pots and pans, and utensils. We also requested a coffee maker and a toaster. The toaster did not work, We brought it down to get a replacement and they did not have another one. Lovely patio outside the breakfast room but not a single chair out there where we could enjoy having a drink on a beautiful day. One of the breakers in our room kept tripping because of the coffee maker, and would not reset. We just moved it elsewhere.

We went to Salem to visit our daughter. This was a good, less expensive, alternative to staying in Salem. Front desk manager Margaret was very professional and helpful.

Not much Dingy , run down, staff was terrible. No clean towels for second night.

The bed was comfortable. That is ALL The sofa bed mattress was disgusting with huge stains, food etc. The shower dirty full of long hairs everywhere. Not enough pillows for everyone staying in our room and when asked for more were told no more pillows in the entire hotel. It was a suite with kitchen and there was no coffee machine, no dishes, no silverware. we were told those things were available upon request, so we requested them and were told they didn’t have any. RIDICULOUS!! The water pressure in the shower is a joke!

The front desk staff is very friendly When we checked into the room, the garbage’s are still full from the prior stay. House cleaning did not go in to refresh the towels in the bed. We came back from a Salem, to no new towels and the bed wasn’t cleaned

On are stay at the hotel there was a couch that was supposed to have a cot well pull out bed it had no mattress I ask for one and they said thats how it is and no blanket or pillows for the extra bed I ask for a pillow and I got attitude I received the pillow you had to ask for alot and they give you little we got one plate for 3 people

It also came with a small pull out loveseat, Queen sized bed, large flat screen and full bath. The property has options for people to add kitchenware to their rental to meet their needs - Dishes, drying rack, cookware, utensils, etc, for a small fee. The staff is very friendly and understanding. Unlike other hotels, there is no hot breakfast available, but people can take a "grab and go" breakfast from the first floor breakfast room (muffins, tea, breakfast bars, oatmeal and hot water).

Staff was great. Studio room was a great setup for an individual, with a kitchenette. AC did a good job keeping the room cool during hot days. Location is a little bit inconvenient, being in the back of industrial complexes. Toilet was a little finicky with taking a long time to run and having to hold the handle down when flushing.

The front desk team was so nice. They checked me in early in order to give me extra time to get ready for a wedding party I was in. They were always smiling when I had a question and made me feel taken care of. Would deffinitely stay here again.
