very nice hotel

We had such a wonderful time with my family. The pool was great, overall a perfect place for a big family!

Staff was awesome!

Foul smell in room, likely in carpet. We bought small room deodorizers for sleeping area and bathroom.

Our stay was great but we had to change rooms. They put us in a handicapped room at first which wouldn’t be terrible but the bed was so low to the ground it was hard for me and my husband to get out of. It was about an hour worth of trying to get a new room.

Beautiful property! Pool area amazing! Clean, comfortable rooms. Conveniently located to restaurants and shops. Friendly staff!

Our stay at this hotel was very pleasant and fun. It was for 4th of July. We enjoy the the hotel, the beach, food was good at the restaurant and hotel’s complementary breakfast gas was excellent.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. We’ve stayed at a few different hotels in Pensacola Beach, and this one has been our favorite thus far. Wonderful pool area, fantastic staff, clean rooms, wonderful balcony set up with lots of room, comfortable beds, smart tv, etc.

Great location, the rooms were clean, friendly staff and breakfast was good.

This hotel is fantastic! I highly recommend staying here. Everything was spotless, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and they were right on the beach!

I loved staying here and will definitely be back!! The included breakfast was a highlight and I loved lounging in the lazy river and enjoying drinks and food at the on-site restaurant fish heads!!

For the most part, we enjoyed our stay in Florida. We did have an ocean view. I wish we wouldn’t have had to book a last-minute trip because I felt staying at Fairfield Bay. Marriott was pretty expensive for having a teeny tiny refrigerator, and no l kitchen amenities,…but that’s what you get when you don’t get condo. So we know what we were getting there. The problem comes in is when we came came back from the beach. We always put our beach chairs in our car the last day that we were there we washed all the sand off our beach chairs and set them out to dry right next to our car. We went up change clothes and we’re leaving went down to our car and there was a man hanging out around our car. He had a Florida license plate and our chairs were gone. The guy was acting super suspicious and absolutely did not belong in our parking garage. That was most obvious so I went and looked in his car and our chairs were in his car. I called security security absolutely did nothing about it, even though the guy was not staying at the property and lives in Florida. You could tell that he was going around picking up all the stuff that he could find that wasn’t nailed down, but my husband and I are the ones I got chastise for not having proof that the chairs were ours and for leaving the chairs unattended granted I see all that, but for their part, they have no security set in place to protect their guests for someone who should not even have been in the parking garage not even 1 security 📷

The only bad thing that happened was Monday morning breakfast,they ran out of quite a few items and had to open the small creamers one by one and for my handicap husband that was not possible,no breakfast sandwiches and then waffle line was crazy busy

This hotel was very clean and had all the amenities our boys needed to enjoy the beach relaxation before school started. Would definitely come back again.

Our stay was great. We had two adults and one teenager. We were able to check our bags and get wristbands to go into the beach and pool area since we got there before the check in time. The staff were all very accommodating and friendly. Someone was always cleaning in the common areas which was comforting. Sand is hard to control! Beds were very comfortable, and the beach view was amazing.

Ariana greeted us with a smile and was so helpful. We enjoyed our vacation thank you for everything. The breakfast was amazing each morning and the pool was so much fun the DJ was missed on Sunday he really showed us a good time on Saturday. Great time!

Excellent Continental Breakfast, clean rooms and excellent access to the beach. It’s a very nice property. I really enjoyed the stay.
