Beware, we had mold in our bath tub and asked for a different room, I went to front desk and spoke to Cole and he was clueless and zero customer service skills, I asked for a manage his name was Adam well he walked by a few times and I went to the desk and asked if he was the manager he said yes I said oh I have been waiting to talk to you, his response yeah they told me you would find me…. I am I supposed to find you when I have no idea who you are! Then proceeded with an attitude and was rude. They sent maintenance up and he just caulked over the mold! Literally I watched him! It was a joke! No complimentary coffee in the lobby. And they take your room number for pool towels which is fine but the return is no where near where you pick up towels. So how do they no what is being returned and by who?!

My top pick to stay in Pensacola. Beds are comfortable & staff is helpful and friendly. The Pool area is awesome! Right on the Beach. Walking distance to restaurants. Great amenities!

Love this place!! Never disappoints!! Easy access to the beach and great food places to walk too. Love the lazy river pool, it’s awesome!

Rooms, bathrooms a bit outdated and toilet seat about fell off … for $500 a night we expect a little bit more

Everything was spectacular! From the moment we checked in the staff was attentive to our needs and very accommodating. The hotel is very well set up and managed, lots of great fun things to do that I have never experienced at any other hotel. All staff members were quick to respond to requests even though there was no emergency on my end. They were so willing to help and make customer's needs a priority. As disappointing as the work force is in general, the Holiday Inn hotel staff was gracious to make our experience pleasureable and perfect. From the concierge, restaurant, coffee/ice cream and all the way to housekeeping they were spot on. I look forward to booking my next visit with them!

Beautiful and fun - the weather helped too! The indoor pool was musty and smelling bad. It needs some ventilation. Could not use it.

Excellent servers, excellent food, clean environment, nice room. They didn't have enough floats for the water river.
