What a fun hotel with a view! My room was upgraded to a junior suite. It was spacious and had a view of the gulf and the bay! The pool was great, the people were helpful and kind. I would recommend staying here and they are family friendly.

This was the best vacation of my life staff was so helpful my daughter got a sliver and they helped her get it out! The breakfast and the sushi restaurant where amazing! We'll definitely come back! Oh and the view from the balcony can't be beat

Extremely friendly staff. Arrived at 10:30am. Check-in wasn’t until 4pm but we were allowed to use the pool and the beach until the room was ready. Most excellent view of the gulf!

Pool area was large and clean. Our room had a balcony overlooking the Gulf. Beautiful view. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The restaurant was quite pricy for dinner. Breakfast was more reasonable.

I love the outdoor pool with DJ and was near restaurants and shopping. Water in shower and tub did not get hot only Luke warm

The view was amazing, we were in a Jr. Suite with two double beds and bunk beds for tje kids. It was spacious and clean.

The pool was filthy.It was real cloudy.You couldn't hardly even see the people's feet in the pool and there was green algae growing in it.I expected a lot better from this quality of a hotel.

Checkin time got there early no one called or text when room was ready

Location one the beach was great. My door was open when we first got to the room after Che king in. My room had rust around the tub. The curtains did not close. The cleaning staff cleaned under a table while I was sitting at it and stepped in front of me when I was going to get on an elevator just to sweep it. The staff was not polished.

Hotel was clean and close to the beach and many activities included. We did have issues though, door in restroom was a struggle to close and shower water was either burning hot or icy cold.
