Best Western Plus Philadelphia Convention Center Hotel

Breakfast was on point. The staff was helpful. The room was clean. I had no complaints. The only down side is I could not stay longer.

There is no parking available to customers that is reasonable. They need to work out a better arrangement with area lots to get better discounts for that. It also needs to be communicated better by outlets that there is no parking available

My overall rating was a 5 because as soon as I entered, I was greeted by a friendly bartender, then assisted by a very pleasant young lady who checked my family and I in. She was informative about the wifi, complimentary breakfast and the incidental $100 that was held on my card. The rooms were very clean and amenities were great for our stay. If there were upgrades to be done I would recommend ice machines on the floors instead of the basement.

I had a view of a brick wall and a alley the sink was clogged The breakfast was not a full breakfast there was waffles with no syrup eggs not eatable sausages half cook no muffins or bread for toast yogurt dispenser was empty orange juice was dispensing water and when asked was there more staff stated there was no more along with the syrup. The milk was spoiled grits or oatmeal not sure which it it was watery The elevators remained broken Honestly this was the worse hotel stay I ever experienced

NGL the place was clean, the staff incredibly helpful and respectful, the location was a 3 minute walk away to Chinatown and a 5-8 minute walk to city hall and love park so it's perfect location. It's right near all the best food places and clothing shops. If you're with your partner love park and city hall are right down the block and are beautifuly lit during the night.its hard to believe some of the other reviews because every room I walked by looked good, and the tv worked which was surprising because other reviews would make you think otherwise. My overall experience a 10/10 with the cleanliness, 10/10 interaction with the staff.
