More than a hotel room, it's a whole 1 bedroom apartment. Lots of space and the industrial look was just the right amount and didn't look like an abandoned building. Staff was great

Cut my foot on a piece of glass in the room the first five minutes. Window shade had some sort of dried liquid stains. Some mold growth in the shower base. The property itself is attractive. Could use more careful cleaning.

Only 2 towels in room despite messaging ahead of time requesting 5 for our party of 5, but front desk was helpful in getting us more later. They approved both an early check in and late check out (not enough vacant storage lockers to store our luggage). Trap under kitchen sink separated from the pipe above, but maintenance repaired promptly. No daily housekeeping, but that suited us fine. Not sure if you can request it if you want it. Apartment looked very clean with adequate toiletries and hair dryer provided. Coffee packet provided when we checked in, but they ran out after that, so we purchased our own. Our bed was good, my son’s was firmer than he is used to, sofa bed was fine. Location is convenient for lots of things, though we had some street noise overnight, especially a noisy garbage truck one morning (less noise in inner bedroom of 2 bedroom apartment). We didn’t use parking, but various lots nearby. We had a growing population of fruit flies during the stay, but not sure if that was a building wide issue or just our apartment. Overall, a good place to stay with a a very modern-industrial aesthetic.

Travelled with my kids to look at colleges, great big space to spread out in when we had downtime with a full kitchen. Walkable to downtown and easy freeway access when we needed to drive to Swarthmore, Villanova, airport, etc.

Overall, I would stay here again. The rooms are spacious and clean. Great views of the city too. It was a convenient location if you plan to spend time near venues/bars on Spring Garden (under 10 minute walk). The hotel seemed under staffed- I called twice for extra toiletries and they told me to come downstairs and get it.

Studio with kitchenette, Murphy bed, laundry in room, spacious bathroom. Friendly, helpful staff. Very cool mural in room by a local artist. Beautiful rooftop terrace. Workout room with treadmills, elliptical, free weights, and weight benches on 9th floor. Walking distance to convention center, art district, places to eat.

I was told I was going to have my room compensated based on the horrendous experience I had there. There was hair all over the place, expired crab legs in an empty melted freezer (I have a shellfish allergy by the way) no ice in the hotel. No paper towels. I was mortified to experience a place like this.

Loved the location. Liked the size of the room and the modern decor. I liked that the room had a balcony.

The room was a beautiful room and it was missing the little things to make it a top tier room. Things that at an extended stay, elevate the room, were missing, like pot holders, tongs and cleaning supplies. The room had a dishwasher with no pods, and the front desk didn't have any. Hand washing after dinner on a weekend away, while having a dishwasher that was nothing more than a drying rack, not fun. Also no tide pods. Had to get some from the front desk. Thankfully they had some. This was annoying but not catastrophic. The seal around the shower wasn't doing its job. The shower always leaked and soaked the floor towel. Every single time. Now the catastrophic failure... That was the refrigerator not working. Arrived in the pm to a fridge that smelled like death. Four boxes of baking soda in the fridge. First thing in the morning informed the desk, they said they would send somebody by. Went out on my touristy adventure, came back to a bottle of lemon ammonia and the fridge still not working and smelling like lemony death. Fridge not working meant, couldn't bring back leftovers, couldn't buy staples to make food. Had to freeze a ziplock bag with water to keep the half and half cold. Had to freeze and defrost to cook. I put my phone in the fridge to see what the internal temp of the fridge was. Ambient phone temp before was 76.3 my phone with no case after an hour in the fridge was 70.3, not good.

The overall place is nice but the room wasn’t clean, The windows were open and the AC was off in August when we checked in. Thankfully the AC cooled the place off pretty quick.

Cancelled my reservation with no explanation

Minutes to be let into the building. Is there a way to have an extra employee or code for people that are checking in to get into the building without standing in the street at night with bags.

This hotel was OK (at best). Our room was not ready when we got there. Room smelled like smoke as well. The hotel vibe was a bit off and location was a bit sketch. We would not stay here again.

You cannot control the temperature in your room, so prepare to freeze or sweat.

Loved it! Would recommend to anyone!
