I found giant cockroach in the room . I changed room after my request but I would have expected a partial reimbursement.

Hotel is next to Convention Center. Breakfast was good: waffles, eggs, yogurt and meat. Our first room needed more cleaning attention, tile floor was sticky and the a/c front was very dusty. Second room was fine. It's time for a renovation, the carpets and rooms need an update. Overall good stay.

Breakfast and luggage storage -- great. Microwave (room) & one time use spoons/forks (lobby) -- handy. For whatever reason Google maps says the place is medicinal drug dispensary, but it's no fault of the hotel, I think.

Breakfast gets a lil crowded but the hotel is nice, didn't have any issues or of the stay other then the system being a little slow when I went to check in.

Room came with only 2 towels for my family of 4 that only get replaced every other day apparently. They didn't empty the trash or make the bed during our stay. The shower and toilet were not cleaned before we got there. The elevators were constantly broken and subsequently took long to get upstairs and downstairs. It was a difficult experience overall. Glad to be home now! Totally opposite the experience we had the days before in the Hilton property near Hershey that same week.

It was a very nice place for a night. They do accept pets for a fee although it says free. No place for pets to go to the restroom you must take them to the park a few blocks away. Parking is high but that's being in the city.
