Booked this stay on Expedia. We were mind blown when we walked in our room and saw we had no window to the outside. It was no where stated on the booking details or on the details of the room before booking. We felt like we were locked in a psych ward. It was awful. And good luck finding close and reasonable parking for your stay here since they don’t offer on site parking.

Clean room isn’t better

I requested housekeeping for the room, but they never came.

I stayed at the Days Inn from August 7th to 14th, and while the experience wasn't terrible, it definitely could have been better. On the positive side, the hotel is in a great location, right in the center of shopping centers, restaurants, and transportation, and the staff were kind and courteous throughout my stay. However, several issues held the stay back. The free breakfast, offered from 6 to 9 AM, was often understocked, with empty trays that weren't refilled even during the breakfast window. Staff response times were also a recurring problem. After finding the coffee maker in my room dirty, I called the front desk and ended up waiting four hours and three phone calls before anyone came to clean it, only being told on the last call that they'd run out of replacements. A similar issue occurred when I requested a towel change around 10 AM; I had to call repeatedly every hour before finally being told at 2:30 PM that towels were still being cleaned. In both cases, staff only gave me real answers once I became visibly frustrated, rather than proactively communicating delays. The biggest problem, though, was the toilet. For much of the stay, and especially toward the end, it wouldn't flush for stretches of two to three hours, most often between 1 and 3 AM and again between 7 and 10 AM. I raised this with staff once and it seemed to resolve temporarily, but it kept recurring. Overall, I'd rate the stay a 5.5 out of 10.

Right next to Convention Center which I was there for my business. Perfect location. It's not the fancy building outside also neighborhood is, however, inside the hotel is kept very clean and pretty. I was so happy to stay the hotel with very clean bed and toilet. Everything works fine. But just few consent plugs were not working, which wasn't the big deal I just used other plug. Also no personal fridge neither microwave was in the room. But at least they let you use microwave on the lobby room anytime. Next to this hotel was convenience store, and you can buy anything, I was happy to see the store since I needed to get Tylenol for my leg pain. Not the fancy neighborhood for sure, but beautiful clean inside. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

A big thank you to the staff for accomodating our changing booking needs and letting us stay in our original room. The location was great for my attending a conference at the convention centre. A comfortable nights sleep on a good bed. I always appreciate the Days Inn breakfast! I missed having a small fridge in the room. But apart from that a good comfortable stay over the 10 nights in Philadelphia.
