Very good

The hotel was in a good location for sightseeing... Independence Hall, China Town, Reading Terminal Market, etc. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel
-
My stay was great, my only issue was the shower water temperature was not hot enough. It was lukewarm. I wish the temperature range reflected what the shower faucet offered.

This is my new Philly hotel. I suggest staying during the week when it’s less crowded and less likely to run into a wedding party.
-
The hotel is nice and the location as well. My only complain is the bed. The mattress was terrible, absolutely uncomfortable, we were sink in the middle of it..

Location. The shower was not cleaned before we entered room. Hair was clearly visible on shower floor. There was an unsightly white fuzzy material used near sheer drain that we weren’t sure about. I don’t think it was fungus, but after the hair was found we really couldn’t be sure.
-
Good location The AC system was loud or not working and we had to change rooms twice.
-
Room had no power for the AC

Not so good: Although I knew about it ahead of time, the valet only parking situation was annoying. We ended up finding parking for a better price about a block away. The breakfast at the onsite restaurant was overpriced for what you got and the service was not great. I feel that the hotel could and should at least offer hot drinks, juice and some minimum breakfast choices for free. I was not apprised of the $150 incidental fee before check-in, so be aware that there is one.

Great hotel and perfect location. I will definitely stay here again.

Nice design, good location Dirty room, despite the nice design the room was shabby and dirty, dusty and sticky.. The worst one was very loud and you couldn't turn it off because the button was stuck.

Clean rooms great restaurant. Perfect location

The hotel is located right in the center of the city. Although Philadelphia has a major issue with homelessness and can feel unsafe, this hotel felt incredibly secure. The room was small, but spotlessly clean. Unlike most US hotels, the air conditioning here was quiet and very pleasant, which made up for the windows that couldn't open. The made-to-order breakfast had a small selection, but everything was beautifully prepared and the staff was extremely friendly and attentive. The valet parking was very expensive, but the valets were fantastic every single day—fast, professional, and they even took photos of the car before taking it over each time The hotel is simply way too expensive for what it offers. Once again, we encountered a terrible bathroom design with sliding doors that offer absolutely no privacy—you can literally see everything inside the toilet and shower. Even though we booked for 4 people, there were only 2 cups and 2 glasses provided. There was an espresso machine in the room, but the pods were never refilled, and we couldn't even find compatible ones to buy at the CVS next door.

Hotel is walking distance to the Convention Center, the Market and Center City sites. Attention to detail in my room. I needed a tissue and the box in my room was wet (not sure why) and had few tissues left in the box. While the front desk was friendly the staff outside the hotel (valets) were not welcoming. A greeting and smile would have been welcomed.

Very good

My room door locked from the inside when I was in a rush, those doors have a problem. Apart from that, everything was excellent

Everything was great

They have heavy sliding doors for the bathroom. I smashed my hand trying to close the doors twice and my hand is still bruised 3 days later. The staff were lovely, the hotel was nice, but those doors are a deterrent.
