April 2026, Pool was being serviced so didn't get to use it. But everything else was wonderful times ten.

Roost is a great location with nice management place that you absolutely will like to stay for vacation or business. Roost has designed welcome lobby and facilities for all guests to enjoy and relax. Great staffs and clean rooms make you feel extremely homey. Highly recommended!!!!

No breakfast at the property

We stayed in a two bedroom and it was incredible! The apartment is huge with views of city hall and panoramic windows. The amenities in the room are top notch along with the amenities around the building. The pool is nice and well shaded, the common space and kitchen is quiet and clean. The outdoor Terrance with grills, space to relieve your dogs, or sit and relax are great. The staff is friendly and helpful. The beds are comfy and the bathrooms are nice. The only thing missing in the room was olive oil, salt, and pepper. It’s great that there is a Mom’s Organic Market on the same block though.

This is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed at. The amenities were amazing!!

Large suite with living room and kitchen. Good communal amenities. Ideal for a long term stay, not as great for short term. Not a hotel. No restaurant or bar, no housekeeping. No breakfast available.

Hotel is close to everything

A whole apartment for as much (or less) than a hotel room. Highly recommend. Only wish they had pool towels at the pool, but a minor quibble.

This apartment was great! Also enjoyed the surrounding area.

The hotel was amazing. Right in the heart of Philly center city. We had a beautiful corner room with views of Market St and the pool. The sound proof windows did a great job of keeping the noise at bay from Market St. My wife and I made time to use the lounge area and heated pool. A must do when staying here. We will definitely be staying here again.

This was my first experience in a ROOST property and it was a great alternative to a classic hotel! The apartment was modern and chic but cozy. It felt like coming home to our own place after walking around the city. The apartment was very clean, well decorated, and comfortable. The 3rd floor amenity floor was gorgeous - beautiful green terraces to hang out on, a spacious and clean outdoor rooftop pool, hang out spots that were empty every time we visited. The location of the building was steps away from Reading Terminal and conveniently located to visit many parts of the Philly. Staff were very kind, polite, and helpful. My only minor issues were that we couldn’t get the in room speaker to work and the central AC was a bit loud and blew constantly unless it was shut off completely. I would definitely stay here again and try other ROOST locations in future travels!
