This hotel offers really small beds. They’re too small for two people. They’re not queen size. We didn’t get any sleep because of this. The elevators are exceptionally slow with extended wait times of up to 10 mins to find one that’s not full already. The staff is nice.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The room was beautiful. The views from the 33rd floor terrace were amazing. The fitness center and spa are great to use if you have the time.
