No frills clean safe quiet front desk are quiet kind and nice things weren’t pulled in the fridge and microwave but it makes sense not to pull all those things in if your not using overall I would lodge there again close to everything walkable.

Room was so so small elevator was extra small couldn’t fit a luggage cart on it even tho they had none hall way was extra small parking was across the street at garage not connected to hotel 50.00 a night online said parking 44. Night lies everything about this small hotel was terrible shower had white ppl hair in drain nasty I had an anxiety attack that night couldn’t sleep thinking about all the what ifs with this trashy place!!!!! Online pictures look nice shame on yall

Put in the wrong date on Expedia and the hotel would not change the date. Had to rebook and the room stayed vacant for the mistaken date

Very close to everything Philly. Safe area. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Very clean, comfy beds. Its a remodeled old building, tight hallways but rooms are just the right size.

Basic, affordable, in a convenient area for transportation. Some furniture was broken. WiFi was nonexistent. Would go back, but only for a night at most.

It was located in the perfect spot for what we wanted. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Checkin was a headache, we had to call expedia, really unforprofessional.

Clean room no issues no bugs no mice. Great for a weekend getaway. Close by center city and plenty restaurants to choose from and close to transportation. Breakfast is minimum not a buffet breakfast. Staff was good.

The coffee machine was not working. We called the reception to let them know but again no body was there to pick the call. The charger outlet was also very weak to charge. But, I agree that the location was good to grab and go outside to see the city.

A very good value for the location, which is excellent. Nothing special but I didn't expect that for the price. The best thing I can say is that I'd definitely use them again
