Cleanest and convenient The bed was very uncomfortable and the headboard was not attached

the room itself was not great. Bed was super uncomfortable. Not enough/small lumpy pillows. The blackout curtains don’t fully block out the light from the window that overlooks the hall which had bright lights all night long. It was also so loud. You could hear everything. Talking, music, baking… all night long. Tv also didn’t work and the furniture was old/gross.

The view was one of a kind. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly & professional. .No parking on site. Made it difficult to travel and see the sights. On the days when the cruise ships came in it became overcrowded

Loved the location, the staff was super nice, the place was good. Wished the bathroom/shower had been cleaned a little deeper. The only real disappointment was the master bathroom in the suite doe snot have a wall, just a curtain and that should be disclosed when renting. Would totally stay there again, but not in the suite. Overall a good stay. The master did not have a wall, just a curtain, and that wasn't acceptable for privacy, everything else was great-

The locks for the windows of our room #101 on the first floor were broken, so the management advised us to close the chatters during the nights for safety.

Beach front and view Standard of finish. Air con didn’t work, cooker damaged kitchen ill equipped , shower useless and Dove hand soap watered down .

The room was very big, an apartment actually with a full kitchen. The style of the decor was probably 1980/90. Bed very comfortable. Towels a bit oldie. Reception staff very nice and helpful. Wifi works well. I had a lovely view over the beach. Right below the hotel there's a nice restaurant and many cafes around. You are on the beach board walk and you have all kinds of shops available. Within walking distance you have a taxi stand.

The staff was very friendly and helpful especially the manager. He went out of his way to make us welcome and see to our needs. Although the Hotel was clean, the Hotel is in need of a refurbishing. The penthouse suite needs fresh painting, new air-condition and overall updating especially the bathrooms
