I went in early dude to my flight arriving early and they let me check in early that was nice of course my room was ready. When I went up to the second floor I had noticed crumbs on the carpet and hair on the bed when I talked to the staff they were fast on fixing it I also thought that was nice. My room the switched me to was super clean didn’t have a smell and it was very comfortable

When I book a hotel online, what I really want, more than anything else, is a painless, quick check-in process. That's not what I got. I waited while about 10 people ahead of me also waited, and I wondered why it took so long. Getting to the front, it was obvious. I was asked from my driver license, which by itself isn't horrible. Then I was asked for my credit card. The one I already supplied online. The one they already had. It took her several minutes to process it. Then she asked if I'd be parking a car. Yes. Parking is an extra fee. Fine, whatever. I paid it. The hotels.com ad said nothing about this. The parking lot says nothing about it being only for hotel residents. And I still had to park a couple hundred yards away from the front doors (the ones next to their ONLY set of elevators, which also happen to be on the opposite end of the hotel as our room). And to pay for parking, I also had to run my card myself, even though she had already run it. Ugh! Check-in took about 5 minutes for me, after waiting at least 20 minutes for everyone ahead of me. Boooo! And while I'm complaining anyway, here are a couple more things: backlit bathroom mirror lights look cool, but they make my face look like it's in the shadows. Unhelpful! And when will hotels realize I want liquid hand soap in my bathroom? Bar soap at the sink is gross! And one of the main reasons I chose this hotel was breakfast had more than just carbs. But still pathetic. Just eggs. No meat. No other protein. Urrg!

It is a new build, so rooms are very clean. The lobby has lots of seating area, which was also very well kept. It was definitely a great stay for our family.

We stayed in our hotel room for one week. We were very surprised that we had to go downstairs to ask for things that were not refreshed in our room several times during our stay, including coffee, kitchen towel, bed sheets, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, TOILET PAPER, etc. The cleaning crew is not very thorough as we found chewed gum and a pill with the coffee amenities. It was also very dirty under the hide-away bed, including a dried spill of some sort. We were disappointed that the hotel does not offer any type of breakfast meat with their free breakfast, especially since I have an egg white allergy, so my breakfasts were very limited. We were probably most disappointed when we went downstairs (to ask about amenities that were not refreshed) and two employees were having a conversation. One of them slightly acknowledged us by asking if we had a question. I said yes, but then the other employee spoke up quickly saying that the two of them were in the middle of a conversation, so they were going to finish that conversation first. The second employee did not even look up at us. That said, there ARE some great people. It's our understanding that the hotel opened just 8 months ago, so perhaps they are still working out some kinks. We truly believe that the establishment has great potential, but they definitely have some things to iron out first. Hopefully other guests are giving their honest feedback as well in order for the improvements to be made. Thank you for the stay.
