Nothing at this location What's there to like, being ignored for 2 days by the active manager isn't appealing at all

Absolutely horrible got ripped off no ac no tv no garbage can there were atleast 10 roaches

Location AC was broke. They warned me. Mainly because they wanted to get paid. Said there were no refunds But it was bad! Took 3 showers during the night to keep cool. They can't rent rooms until they get AC fixed! It's 110° in Phoenix for God's sake. I was dumb to stay there.

There was a problem with my booking.com reservation and the new general manager was amazing she dipped the time to get to the bottom of it and make sure that I was not double charged and then my stay was as smooth as possible I think are very much I also appreciate the night guys I lost my key a few times they never gave me a problem about getting a new one as long as I have my ID I'm very impressed by the staff and motel 6 Bell road There isn't much I don't like there I stayed there in the past and my experience was not as great as this one it was I would recommend motel 6 Bell to anyway it really stepped up their game and improve their customer service $1,000% I definitely stay there again
