Everything was great 😃

The stay was nice a quiet, breakfast was great

The room was nice when we arrived, but it wasn't cleaned every day. We stayed for five days, and I thought they were going to clean my room and restock the towels. The parking was good. On one of the days, a fight broke out in the room above us super early in the morning. Someone was banging on the door, and when they opened it, things were thrown across the room. It was not good, and I felt unsafe. Other than this, it was ok.

I think the best thing about this place was the bed. It was very comfortable and nice. Everything else was so-so. Breakfast was limited to oatmeal and waffles. That was it. Our bathroom was somewhat clean and we only had one set of towels for 2 people. We had to ask for more. The room itself was constantly noisy. It sounded like water was constantly running and the air conditioning unit was even louder. The noise never stopped. We had a fridge with very little refrigeration, and no dial to adjust the settings. Other than all these things, the staff was fairly friendly along with the homeless people gathered outside...

It was very dirty carpet missing and tore in many areas. It was very unclean, the parking lot had broke down cars in the lot. And was a high traffic area for lpt lizards.

I had to find another hotel because my initial reservation was disgusting! Check-in was smooth. The lady behind the desk was very helpful, friendly and informative. The hotel was fresh, new, clean! It was quiet and comfortable! I was upset they didn’t have poached eggs at breakfast BUT it was an overall satisfying stay! I’ll be coming back! Haha!

Minimal cleaning, never came to room for dirty towels or anything in 5 days. Just enough of a breakfast to say it's food. Never received security deposit back. Would not recommend staying there again.
-
The staff was rude. They removed my property before I can get there to check out because there was discrepancy on my dates as I checked through my stuff I am missing stuff and then they deny that.
-
Worst place I stay to service sucks management is rude they removed my stuff and when I check stuff was missing and the y denied taking anything, but they’re removed all my stuff from my room
-
I need to talk to customer service or corporate because I’ve been having issues all day with my hotel room and this is unacceptable
-
I liked that it is really quiet at night no noise from other rooms or hallways which was my main concern , room is very comfortable new appliances , staff is nice I would stay here again
-
Toilet wasn't flushed. No washcloth. Dirty shower floor. Dirty sink.
-
Rooms we're clean

Room was clean, staff was friendly. Breakfast was ok, would have been nice to have hard boiled eggs or yogurt or some sort of protein.
-
Hotel was amazing
-
I wanna say that maybe breakfast should have more varieties in store but other than that, everything is great.
-
No toiletries or linen provided and the hotel is not what it is showing in the images. Very bad hotel and never ever recommend anyone to stay with them. Proposed amenities are not provided even after asking them.

Construction going, remodeling

It was pretty ok, although alot of vagrants nearby.

I dont know the guys name, but he was very helpful my first day upon check in. I had no clue hotels charged refundable damage deposits its been about 5+ years since I've had to stay at one and that wasn't a rule back then. We were able to work something out and the situation was handled. I really appreciated the patience and effort Daija put into my requests as well. We were visiting for my brother's graduation and I had my sisters flying in a separate times and leaving on separate days having to switch who would check for who. It would've been very hectic had she not notified her team and left notes on my account. Daija, you rock!! Idk if im comfortable with the hallways being patrolled, and then parking lot as well. I felt more like i was being watched instead of protected especially since theres a no visitor rule. Crazy. I understand that the area is riddled with badly imaged people if you will but if im paying 600 dollars for a week to stay in a hotel that's being remodeled that offers piss poor breakfast options, a pool that wasn't cleaned until my sister cleaned it and skimmed all the bugs out, and a non fuctional gym, prices should be discounted further until renovations are complete. I was told this hotel sees frequent regulars, please remain mindful that tourist come to this hotel too. No food allowed in the room, I assumed this meant breakfast food as I purchased a couple things from Walmart. Why would there be a mini fridge and a microwave in my room if we cant have food. Arizona is a recreational state. Yall should make the top floor smoking and put double beds that can be pushed into California king beds (that you could charge extra for) on the ground floor so that there are double rooms on the ground floor as well.
