Overall, good value. Property was reasonably clean and the bed was very comfortable. Staff was nice and helpful.

We will go back, our stay was good.

The check-out, however, was not good. The gal who should have been waiting on me was outside on her cell phone. I waited for over TWENTY minutes at the front desk for her to come in so I could successfully check out. She didn’t even say, sorry for the delay. Even the housekeeper said she was outside walking around on her phone. I saw her on her phone outside well before I approached the front desk because I had pulled my car up to the front entrance so I could get on the road after I checked out. She took time from the company to be on a very long call and not doing her job. It wasn’t just rude, it was the company’s loss of any future visits from me. If I was the company, I would have fired her on the spot for not making sure the front desk was covered for paying clients.

Room was great. Brand new blow dryer that was awesome for long hair! Not thrilled with their breakfast, though. Not much to choose from. Would have much preferred more whole fruit and a hard boiled egg.

Rooms are clean and nice and cold. Small pool but right for me . Breakfast simple and easy good.

They later day staff were awesome room was great l9cation errr but still good place accept for the manager next morning yelled at me and my brother because he brought his apple juice out of breakfast area to go back to room literally yelled and made a scene because of this I will never stay there again

Daily room cleaning service not consistent

We needed a place quickly to stay at, for the night due to our A/C unit going down at home and we chose Sleep Inn. They were very accomadating and kind when we checked it. They kindly allow your furbabies as well if under 23 lbs with a $30 fee for each but we didnt mind due to great rate we go online using hotels.com. We were in the room 2 adults and 2 children and 2 dogs. Room was a bit snug but we had the the accomodations we needed. Room had nice walk- in shower, Refrigerator and microwave, iron and ironing board and safe in wardrob closet which was a nice place to store your luggage. The vanity mirror was touch screen and was a nice amenity. We all rested well and woke up feeling great. Management showed empathy for our situation and offered a special rate to neighbors. He was kind and went out of his wait to ensure a great stay. We would recommend this hotel highly. The only reason it wasnt 4 stars is due to walls and doors not wiped down and limited breakfast options for kids. But we did appreciate the effort for the free breakfast, saves you money and time.

Our stay was great except I didn't like the fact that the breakfast we couldn't take

The shower had cleaning stuff still on floor of shower that was in a handicap room and if someone in their 80-90's took a shower, they would have slipped and fallen. Needs rail in shower in my opinion. Sink water went down slowly. Other than that, it was good!

Ok better then n nothing Got to my n room jumped in shower got out no bath towels

Room was dirty smelled of pee,beds were dirty restroom looked as if hadn't been cleaned. Kept getting locked out of both rooms that were booked. Staff was not helpful. Would not be going back to any sleep in
