Red Roof Inn Phoenix North - I-17 at Bell Rd

The guy checking me in was rude anna not helpful at all. The ac doesn't get very cool. The room was ok, floor wasn't tall clean and don't look at the sink over fill drain. Will not stay here again.

They need better pillows i swear this hotel is so affordable and comfortable but they lack the comfort part especially at night with those pillows I think it’s honestly better to sleep on my hand then to sleep on those pillows definitely bringing my own pillows next time

We didnt get any sleep because the person in the next room was making so much noise. It sounded like they were moving furniture and banging it on the walls. I tried to call front desk but no one answered so I went down. Told the man, he said he'd check. He went up, knocked on the door, waited all of 30 seconds then left. The neighbor opened the door after he left and slammed it then started making noise again.

The machine to get water was "out of order". The coffee machine was "out of order". I had to get written instructions on how to change the input on the TV before we could get it to come on. Our truck got a huge ding in the door that was a little upsetting.

The hotel did not include a slip resistant mat for the shower. The shower was very slippery. We had to put a towel on the bottom for safety. When we told them about that when we checked out, they said we had to ask for one. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels and never had to ask for a mat for the shower. To me that’s a safety issue. It’s a lawsuit waiting to happen. Include the floor mats with the room.

Good price. Bathtub was slippery. Be careful. Ice machine wasn't working on our floor but was able to use one on another floor. Rooms are clean. Some furniture shows wear. Overall we will stay there again.

The elevator was broken and the pool needed cleaned.

I did not receive the refund of $50 that I was supposed to get after the check out. The front desk girls were not very friendly at check out. It was a place to lay my head for the night.

Kinda average. The room, itself was nice Try Santisi Pizza next door. The staff were pleasant.

I stayed there for almost a week. Property is ok. Near amenities. Convenient location. Will stay there again if the price is right.

Stayed only for a few hours and that was not enough time to observe and comment about the property and overall service level. But, from what I observed, I guess at least they should have liquid cream with the coffee. Especially since they don’t have any breakfast offerings, at least they should serve a better coffee option.

We got 2 rooms- one was clean and smelled fine the other smelled awful and was dirty. The check in takes a very long time because in addition the regular paperwork-you must show your driver license and have it photocopied for every person staying in the room- this process took much longer than it seems like it should have for 4 of us. We were already exhausted and this just added to it. Any staff we dealt with just seemed annoyed that we were there. I would definitely not stay here again.

The appliances are very old

Room looked out dated when we checked in receptionist didn’t give us no information and very rude. No cable, ice machine was not working in our level. And gave us a handicap room when we are not handicap. Cleaning lady was very, nice…

Very reasonable, quiet, clean, friendly staff.
