The Dollywood resort is a great place for a weekend away or a long vacation. The grounds are beautiful and immaculate. The employees are very kind and helpful. The amenities are great as well. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Very clean and well manicured. Layout could have been better. Didn’t like that all the entrances could be accessed by anyone they didn’t require key cards.

Best outdoor pool area we’ve ever been too. The entire property was immaculate. Room was super clean and super comfy.

Everything was wonderful!! Perfect resort for families! The food was a little pricey but the convenience of not having to leave resort was worth it. Would definitely stay again!!

ALL of the staff is pleasant and always happy to help. They work very hard to maintain the cleanliness of the hotel and every interaction is a good one. The perfect place to stay with littles!

This property is beautiful. Hotel is clean and spacious with friendly staff. Warm and welcoming. Great coffee/cafe/food open late. On a side note, for a resort/spa the fitness room was very small and equipment was outdated. For anyone with a daily fitness regiment this was not very useful. Also, the pool was really for young kids mostly, there were no adult areas that were relaxing, lots of kids crowding around the pool deck and jacuzzi areas. Would stay again.

Comfortable and clean and we liked the food pantry. They had lots of Starbucks drinks.

Location was good. Trolley works on time to take guests from the hotel to the park and back. Front desk ladies at Pigeon Forge were rude most of the time. Manager was the only one with good attitude. Beds were not comfortable.
