Pool is not as clean, some staff upprice some services inconsistently, internet is really slow, room smelled like vomit near the fridge area, some services were not available or very expensive (5 dollar pool table)

Great property, good activists and very relaxing We had a delay in arrival due to my girlfriends passport being stolen and we didn’t receive any help from the hotel or booking in helping us make the stay shorter. I had the pay the entire price of the 4 night stay for what ended up being only 1 night. Considering I used the hotel and its services to book a great marriage proposal to my girlfriend, I am disappointed the hotel couldn’t help me in any way with our difficulties

Awesome - Staff, Facilities, restaurants, bars, food and beverages. Beach beds, pools. 1. Restaurant reservation systems can be more efficient. Restaurants are empty but walk-in guests are not allowed. 2. Management should clean up the sea weeds on the beach in front of the property.

Before booking, we saw one review claiming the service wasn’t the best, but that turned out to be complete nonsense. Our experience was flawless. Here is how we rate our stay: Staff & Service: 10/10. Incredibly helpful, attentive, and warm. Food: 10/10. Exceptional quality and variety. Facilities: 10/10. Spotless, luxurious, and beautifully maintained. Entertainment: 10/10. The dancing and parties gave us the full, vibrant experience we wanted. This resort gave us the exact dream vacation we were looking for. If you are debating booking, do not hesitate—it is a perfect 10/10!
