Room was very comfortable, altho others in my family party were not as fortunate. One had a broken refrigerator which was not repaired, and another walked into a room which was malodorous and had to request an alternate room Really weird that towel stands are placed in very inconvenient locations adjacent to pool areas. Resort maps are incomplete, lacking the of various pools, walkways, and scaling difficult to interpret. also, a fair number of lacsidaisical staff who were not very responsive. A fair amount of maintenance and certainly in need of a facelift!

I liked the pool areas, and the facility was clean. The wedding staff was amazing and attentive.Lounge and coffee shop were great spots. This was my 2nd time here, and this time around, the service and food were not the same. The staff was not that present.

Everything!! The only good meal was at dinner time.. They could use better food selection for breakfast and lunch. I’m my opinion

The people I attended the vacation with Do not book this place! Our vacation was ruined before it even started because they changed our reservation from Splash Cove just a week before we checked in. The room was disgusting. It smelled like pure mold and mildew, and the beds actually felt wet and moist. Even after taking a shower, you still felt dirty. To top it all off, we found a roach crawling around our room and literally had to record a video of it because it was so bad. The food was totally inedible too. It tasted so bad that we had to leave the resort every single day just to find something decent to eat. We wasted so much extra money. We should 100% be partially refunded for this nightmare. I will NEVER stay at this resort ever again. Avoid this place!

Everything was great except the food

Some of the amenities room smelled like mold and staff doesn't speak good english, not as helpful when trying to get help over the phone. Buffet food was always cold the same with room service food

I didn't like the check-in/bellhop process. I also didn't like that the layout of the huge property was not explained because I got losty first 2 days so many times. We had elderly people with us that ultimately needed scooters and we had to use a third party for those. Also it appeared they overbooked because my dad did not get the room he booked (booked a king, got a 2 queen). And the eating situation wasn't ideal, as I previously mentioned they overbooked so in the buffet one day there was literally no plates available for 20 mins and they had to send families to the adults only side. The buffet was also the main food option because you have to reserve seats in the restaurants at like 12am on the app so in order to have a good dinner we left the resort.

The food was disgusting.

Extremely slow service

Hard to imagine another resort in Punta Cana, which can provide all amenities similar to Lopesan - water park, kids club, boulevard, best beach, good food options and etc. Kids club is very convenient and has many kids activities, our kids enjoyed being there 2-3 hours a day. (Work hours - from 11am-1pm and from 3pm to 10pm. Not all rooms had “don’t disturb” door tags - add them please.

The property was clean and welcoming I felt at night it should have been more lights and the staff could have been more welcoming and assertive. The food could have been much better . The same thing and the taste could have been better

Property is not well labeled and you can easily get lost, beach area is not the best, some of the restaurant are very good other are in the middle range( the meat restaurant is not good). I feel like the employees are scared to take decisions and a lot of burocracy to have 2 more towels in the room. The pillows are not comfortable, so I requested for a soft pillow and it took me the whole day to find someone to do the request and at the end, there were no soft pillows available, I had to use a towel as a pillow. The electric connections in the room are loose and some of them do not work. Also, I had an incident with the room blower, when I used it, a plastic particle was expelled and hit my arm and I was burned, a report was created because I insisted and the management sent a fruit basket and a Champaign bottle to express they were sorry, however I needed an antibiotic and I was told that I need to paid the dr at the hotel for something I did not cause. Thanks God the burn was not in the face.

You’ll have to walk a lot. It’s a big property and you have to walk a lot.

Rosa from Buffet, Sonia the housekeeper and all the members were very friendly and happy all time
