It has everything you need for your vacation. The staff are super nice and helpful.

The location was perfect, right in 5th avenue close to everything. The rooms were perfect for two families. The property was quiet and family friendly, our daughters got to enjoy the pool all to themselves every night. No signs were visible with the property’s name.

Perfect location! Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shopping and bars. Free street parking nearby. No elevator so pack lightly.

The beds were comfortable enough and the property was in a good location. It is gated for safety which I liked but they will only provide 1 key per room so if anyone from the room leaves with the key other parties are stuck until they come back because they will not be able to re-enter the property unless staff is there which was quite sparingly. The wifi never worked. There are very few outlets for thing like phone chargers. We had 2 beds in our room and when one of our friends rooms did not work out down the road they would not allow her to sleep in our room and threatened to call the police.

It was clean and quiet. The staff are also very friendly and welcoming. They gave good recommendations for restaurants when we asked as well.

No,it was warm in the room but we arrived really late. If we would have arrived earlier the room would have cooled down for us before bedtime. The office manager advised that they would look at running through air earlier when a reservation is set.
