This hotel has a lovely aesthetic, a nice pool and a fresh breakfast. It is walking distance to the beach and many fun restaurants and bars. We had a great time at this hotel! The rooms were also so clean. I really appreciated that. The pillows were uncomfortable, and the air conditioner was very loud in our room. This resulted in our sleep not being quite as peaceful as it could have. We found that keeping the fan on to create white noise was the best way to go.

Beautiful Pool Area. Great Attentive Staff. Prime Location. I loved that the there’s constant workers cleaning and maintaining property/pool. One day the WiFi was messed up for a few hours.

The room was very spacious and the location of the hotel is perfect for playa del carmen. It is 2 blocks away from the Main Street with all the shops, restaurants and bars. The room was cleaned daily and the balcony view was amazing. The breakfast was descent but not many options. The staff were all excellent, friendly, and accommodating during our stay. Definitely recommend this property for location, cleanliness and staff.

The pool is beautiful, everything is clean, and the staff are very nice and accommodating. Especially Edwin went out of his way to make our stay, but everyone was very friendly. We did not want to leave! Not enough sun beds by the pool sometimes but it wasn’t a big problem

The friendliness of the employees, the breakfast which was very abundant The rooms are stark and there are fluorescent lights. It makes for a very cold room, and I was very unhappy to see that when I arrived. I also did not like that the front desk, albeit super friendly, did not know anything about where to eat outside the hotel. I found that strange for a hotel of 4 stars. The pool is also not heated and I only saw one person in it once within a week that I was there. It was very cold

The location is great. The beds were uncomfortable and there was a lot of noise at night and early in the morning.

Pool water was too cold for swimming. Hotel would not allow changed departure date even though request was made shortly after booking.

I like the area where it is located . There was a smell in room . The room looks big in pictures ... They don't even have bottle of water , they put glass bottle which was filled with water purifier

Two blocks from La Quinta beautiful garden courtyard great included breakfast decent balcony for a puro Beds aren’t great.

The pool area and jungle vibe was visually stunning and felt very luxurious. Definitely an oasis from the buzz of PDC. Our room was incredibly spacious and luxurious feeling. Loved the Mexican-style architecture and decor of the room. Breakfast was really great. Our room didn’t have a window, but wasn’t that big of a deal. It was also next to the stair, so we did hear people coming and going, but didn’t disturb us. Espresso wasn’t included in breakfast.

The hotel was beautiful and centrally located. Hot water and cold AC. Pool was super fun, there are comfy beds and swings surrounding it.

The property was located close to the beach and the bus station! The rooms were spacious and the showers were very nice. However, above all, the highlight of the stay was the breakfast every morning. The buffet changed every day and they had free fresh juices. It was perfect!

The decor and tropical setting. Also the proximity to 5th Avenue. Pool didn’t get enough sun except for one lounger. Everything else was mostly in shade or covered.
