Great location by bus station, beach, shops and restaurants. Nice shower. Very Mexican vibe.

As it's in the center of the touristic zone, there's always music, but it's wasn't a problem for us.

The only thing is that the lights in the courtyard stay on all night, so some light and sound do enter. The curtains are pretty good though and it’s just the trade off of these courtyard places. It’s still lovely and we would stay again!

Adorable rooms. Fair prices. Great location. Extremely loud with zero noise control. I would have given this property a 5/5 if they did their diligence with noise control after 11 pm. They allowed a group of teenagers to scream their heads off until past midnight. Basically, if you get lucky with quiet guests you are probably fine. We were not in that situation.

Loved the charming look. Facilities were very dated. Staff didn't greet us or anyone unless you were paying and were on their phone each time we went in or out. I did take a video because it was comical. We study expect a palace for the price but being pleasant to guests is free.

The hotel was close to the ferry and ADO bus station which was important to us. There are so many things and places to eat within 5 minutes walking. The staff was very helpful and let us store our luggage prior to check in. The room is simple but perfect for what we wanted. I would stay again.

Right in the center of playa del carmen with everything withing walking distance No fridge in one of the 2 rooms we booked. Coffeemakers, but no coffee. No microwaves in rooms. It's a small hacienda, so you can literally hear everyone, no matter what floor you were on. Pool is significantly smaller than the picture advertised.

Excellent communication before and after my stay. The location is very convenient, the check-in process was smooth, and the staff were extremely friendly and professional. The room was super clean and had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The only issue was the lack of hot water during the stay.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable, a/c worked well and there was plenty of hot water. The room was relatively quiet even though being located right off Avenida Quinta and close to the ADO station. A fridge would have been helpful.
