I had a great time!
-
The location (Starbucks on the corner, restaurants, etc), the staff. The room has a moldy smell. The bathroom was very small (there were a place to set the soap bar). I had to take a cold shower twice because there was no hot water (it was the night before our checkout and that morning, so I don’t know if there was a problem only in my room). Unfortunately, as it was close to the beach, Sargasso smell was when stepping out of the room. A little bit noisy at night. For all visitors in playa del Carmen: negotiate every thing you buy in the city, or choose other areas out of the Main Street (prices in general (foods, medicine, souvenirs, etc) are more expensive than California. We pay almost 300usd for a simple dinner, 7usd for a magnet, etc, medicine more expensive than Holbox)

AC took long to cool the room and i am thinking its because the entrance doors have a gap at the bottom of them that allows the cold air to leave out and hot air to come in.

Friendly staff. Terrific location that is quiet despite the close proximity to Quinta. The rooms are spacious and the bed is very comfortable.

Beautiful hotel . Friendly staff. Loud music from surrounding area but the hotel supplies ear plugs.

On noisy street.

Room could be better setup.

I did not feel the place was near as nice as the pictures online. Nor did we even have a chair to sit down in our room!

The location, the staff, the room, the view Nothing

The deafening noise from the surrounding bars until 2am or 3am every night was a huge drawback. Thankfully the hotel provided earplugs, but it wasn't quite enough. The room was small and had very little space for personal belongings, save for a small shelf in the shower. There was nowhere to put even a toothbrush. Unless you buy the breakfast option, they don't offer coffee or tea.

Quaint, beautifully landscaped Very small bathroom, nightclub attached late night

The location is perfect. The staff are the best and so friendly! The rooms have a weird smell to them and are very dark/small

Great great location! The room was super dark and humid, with no chairs inside or outside, so you don’t even have a place to hang your swimming suit. No hot water, the restroom was weird and didn’t work half of the time. I traveled to Mexico many times and I’ll be back, but not to this place. At check out, the give you a questionnaire about how was your experience, but they stand in front of you while answering. It was cringe and odd.
