They let a guest play boom box like music by the pool till 4am and after. I was there a week and they cleaned only once. They took my towel and I couldn't get another one until the next day. They took my role of toilet paper so I had none. I had to go ask for more and they weren't even full rolls.

The short distance to the beach. They stole $350 cash from my luggage. Also they said they didn’t received the payment I submitted through Booking, and I paid again.

There was only one outlet to charge the phone. The shower in the bathroom was awful There is no refrigerator And the bed wasn’t clean even the sofa, even inside the bathroom The most important part there is no Internet in the room only in the lobby Only the location

It looked great and was in great location Our arrival was terrible, we arrived around midnight, they would not accept a credit card or hold US Dollars until morning so had to go out and find an ATM. The man could not remember where our room was and took us round the whole hotel until he found it! We think he must have been drunk. Then the room lights did not work. We asked if we could leave bags and swim in pool in the afternoon as we had a late flight it was no problem until they suddenly said we had to pay for bag storage, we did and were about to go to the pool when they kicked us out!! We were still sandy and in swimming trunks… Basically the hotel itself is great but there is some big problem with employees!

I didn't like anything. Terrible terrible place. STAY AWAY, one of the worst hotel experience I ever had. First they tricked me on the bill, booking said it should cost 450, they charge 650. Then nothing worked. No hot water, wi-fi not working in the room, the windows could not really close so it was very loud music all night. The check in took like 30 minutes, was OVERLY complicated and they cheat me of the price. Make your self a big favor and choose another hotel, because this one is terrible

Great location , close to the ADO bus terminal to get to the airport and all right on 5th avenue. The reception was super nice and friendly . The wifi didn’t reach my room & it’s a little noisy because it is right near the clubs , but I didn’t mind the noise . Good for a one night stay or if you’re looking for a place to just arrive to sleep .

I liked the central location. It´s located near just about everything we were interested in. The accomodations. The room didn´t have Wi-Fi. The shower didn´t work. There was no hot water in the bathroom. The room only had a small trash can. It needs to have more than one small trash can.

Big room, water in the pool was warm, great AC and nice staff. Hot water is not get hot. It’s hot water pressure was horrible. It’s hard to wash your hair especially if you have long hair. Even though WiFi was supposed to be included I had no connection in the room. Too many mosquitoes. We had 1 flat pillow and 1 puffy pillow. Very strange. The safety box is broken. There is no blanket. Only sheets.
