To the rooms were very large and spacious and very clean. The staff were super nice and answered every question I had. It was nice to have chairs outside the room to drink my coffee and smoke cigarettes in the morning. I did not use the pool but it looked like a very nice area.

Mold in bathroom had to keep the door closed to keep the smell out. Staff mostly outside smoking while not at desk. We came back to the room the door was left open by cleaning staff.

We actually had to cancel our reservation due to a situation with the room. But Brandy at the front desk assisted us to address our problem and refunded our money. We’re happy with Brandy.

The pool Sheets were dirty and when I asked for clean sheets I was told they were clean. Took some back and forth but I finally got the clean sheets.

Always a clean room and wonderful employees. Sarah is the reason I come back to this location. She is so friendly and accommodating she is a great first impression of the property. Thanks for another great visit to Port A.

The property location was perfect for our needs. The room needed a little TLC but not horribble.

Staff was great. But the rooms were another issue.. mold was a big problem and there were food roaches in our room. Also if we turned the air off the humidity was so high that the floor would become super slick throughout the entire room. We had to use our towels and the hotel towels to try and dry the floors as much as possible so our child wouldn’t slip and hurt themselves

Breakfast was okay, I thought it would be more but it was just okay. I would say I enjoyed the location, it was literally walking distance to the beach! That was the only plus of the trip Our room was infested with roaches and my kids were so scared to use the bathroom. I had to take them to the office or if we were out take them then. I asked for a room change, but was told there was no availability. I just made the best of it cause I paid all that money for just two nights to be disappointed in the reviews. It is very slim chance I would book again.
