Location, caring staff Tv did not work

The location We were on floor 1 and heard a lot of noise from the restaurant below (moving chairs and tables) The biggest issue is that we got dirty towels.

The Breakfast was great! So good...and the place was perfect.

Great location. Close to everything. Clean and modern. Great staff.

Contemporary decor, crisp bed linens and towels. Not possible to access the hotel by car or taxi. And located at a steep slope, it was very difficult to carry our luggage to the hotel after a very long trip. That inconvenience should have been informed to give client choice to book this place or not. Hotel is at a very busy night club street. And it did not safe either. Also very noisy area.

Wonderful hotel right in the center of town. Quiet, friendly, super clean . Nothing It was super quiet , really well built place . I loved it . Good breakfast too.

Bright , modern rooms well laid out . Super bathroom facilities , comfy beds , good quality bedding and towels ; all kept beautifully clean by housekeeping . Hotel can be prone to outside noise at night . Breakfast offering is tasty but limited in choice as is hospitality tray in room ..

Be aware that cars can not drive up to the entrance of the hotel. You will be dropped off one street away and will need to walk to the hotel with your luggage. It will be the same if you need an Uber or taxi, you need to walk one street down for pick up/ drop off spot.

The staff was very nice and helpful. We rebooked this hotel a second time.

Our room was located above a restaurant where you could hear chairs and sounds from the restaurant coming through the floor. Very annoying when you were trying to sleep. The front desk denied knowing anything about the restaurant.

Breakfast only included on the first morning only.

Big comfortable room hot shower, close to the centre. Loud at night due to the location of all the bars till 530am each night ( Friday and Saturday). Very average breakfast with limited hot food.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating of special requests that I had. They more than met my exptectations. The restaurant was a bit cramped, but that wasn’t a major problem.

GREAT ROOM GREAT LOCATION, VERY CENTRAL FRIENDLY STAFF VERY CLEAN IT DID NOT BOTHER ME AS WE WERE OUT LATE OURSELVES BUT THE ROOMS AT THE FRONT OF THE HOTEL CAN BE A LITTLE NOISY AT NIGHT WHEN THE DISCO BARS ARE OPEN.

Nice comfortable room and nice staff. Also close to nice restaurants. Being close to many bars and restaurants is great except when your neighbors imbibe too much and come home late singing and generally being loud. Not the fault of the hotel, just my experience.

We have high expectations for a four star hotel. This was a good but not great experience. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. The room was spotless and the wifi was strong. Many tv channels. The location is great - many restaurants and cafes. Highly recommend "So" for coffee if you are serious about your flat whites - just a short walk.The HVAC control was weird - kept getting "E07" errors. Maintenance came 8 hours after I reported it and it still spit this error out sporadically for the rest of our stay. They lost hot water one day for an extended period of time, right when we were trying to take showers. They only gave us 2 coffee pods for our 5 day stay - for a 4 star hotel this seemed kind of cheap - they wanted a buck a pod after you used your two. Also, they don't have any drawer storage so we lived out of our luggage even though we were there for 5 days. It's a busy street - noisy with night life until the wee hours but this is not a fault of the hotel. We put on a YouTube whitenoise generator and we're just fine. So, overall, we were pleased with this hotel but it wasn't perfect But then again, perfection is a very high bar!
