It's a bit dated, and things are fixed in a not so nice way. There is no elevator, but since I was on the second floor, it wasn't a big deal for me.

excellent location

I did like only location. The room was so small, there were no tea, coffee, or another facilities. Also, the bathroom was so small, we were three people, but only two bathroom towel was placed. Totally disappointment. I mentioned above.

The only thing I liked was the location. e was no elevator and they put me in the top floor with me having two heavy luggage. The staff was decent. The room was small, the toilet seat was broken, there was no elevator and they put me in the top floor with me having two heavy luggage. The staff was decent.

Just two minutes walk from Bolhao tube station and market, and facing the most beautiful of churches, covered with azulejos. I stayed two nights before starting the camino portuguese and the last night too, before flying home. The cost was 46 euros for a double room and bathroom, and the last night Booking seemed to have booked me in the best room (top floor, huge room for 4, double aspect) for the same price. The bath had no plug so I could not have a bath, which after travelling all day and after walking the camino would have been so welcome. The shower head was too high. No shampoo, and I had to ask for a hairdryer at the reception. All a bit tired but for the price it is to be expected.

the location was good but I thought that I had booked a room in a hotel (see below) The "Location" is not at the hotel, it is a satellite apartment near the hotel in a building advertising a front (fake) car rental business on the ground floor. The Hotel apparently owns apartments in this building and rents them out thru the hotel but I doubt that they are legal short term rentals. This is a new trend in Portugal and Spain by hotels using third party agents such as Booking.com wherein short tern vacation rentals are being operated without a permit or license. I don't know if Booking, com is aware of new laws (especially in Spain) regulating short term vacation rentals and requiring permits but buyer beware. Also. the apartment was on the third floor and although there is an elevator for the building, you have to take a full flight of stairs to get from the ground entry level to the elevator on the second floor so I could take the final lift to the room which was difficult for me with baggage (I am 74 years old)

The location is very good, The room was clean, The staff was very nice
-
The location was perfect ?, the staff was amazing! The cleaning was great. It was very noisy, the noise from outside and inside. The walls were very thin and I have heard everything from the neighbours.
-
Clean Have no elevator and they put me on the 5 th floor. I had to carry my suitcase all the way to 5 th floor and hurt my low back. I was supposed to do the camino a Santiago and I couldn’t because of that. The people at front didn’t even offer help to carry the bags whatsoever. I ask for another room and they refused saying they didn’t have one. Nowhere when I booked the room said there is no elevator. I am going back to my country with so much pain in my back and couldn’t do the Camino.?????

Clean, quiet, helpful staff, great space
-
The location was wonderful and the overall space of the apartment was good. The public hall lighting was bad making it uncomfortable to walk the hallways after dark. The shower in the bath was awkward and almost dangerous to get in and out of. There was insufficient toilet paper for 5 nights/2people and NO towels..paper or cloth in the kitchen.

Great customer service Everything was great
-
Big room Very old bathrooms No shampoo
-
The location is great and right next to the market. Very strong chemical smell of the cleaning agents and the construction noise and very bright light that shone randomly kept us up.
-
Location. Easy access to the metro. Center of traveling. Noises from the road. Hardly sleep at night.
-
Great location, get off the metro from the airport and you are right there! Amazing It was all I needed. No luxury, nice and safe lodging with front desk staffed 24/7

The location and staff were very nice. The property does not have a lift and my room was almost on the 4th floor. It is quite old, and noisy as it is not properly isolated. Shower was very small and very difficult to get it. Internet connection is quite bad, I barely could work. Not even a small lamp in the night table, towels were old and broken.

Great location and friendly staff. Bed was uncomfortable. The bathroom smelled and the shower was very small.
