Personnel convivial, lit confortable et super localisation tout est fesable à pied depuis l'hôtel et si nécessaire un accès au metro se trouve à 5min à pied

Welcoming and helping staff - Location not far from city center, close to the metro, in a "quite quiet" part of the city. Easy to find some local restaurants. Size of the room is very small (but still acceptable). No breakfast served there, but a few small shops around very friendly for that...

Clean Ground floor

Hotel was spotless it felt brand new. The room was minimalist and contained all the essentials, but a place you would necessarily hang out in. And why would you when the town of Porto beckons. There is space to hangout in an indoor sitting area and outdoor patio. Paula, the employee who checked me in was incredibly welcoming, helpful and caring in all of our interactions. The young man who checked me out was also amiable.

Very convenient to metro and restaurants. Clean, comfy bed, nice staff

Access door on side street. No one on duty until 2 pm, but someone (cleaner?) heard us outside earlier in morning, and allowed us to leave our packs in basement for day. Rooms Room was musty and at street level, so noise of heavy metal door when people coming in late or going out early, couldn’t be avoided. Was 30 minute walk down to River Douro and so 30 minute back up, but if you are a Camino walker, you can do it! That’s why staying here is cheaper. No tea/coffee/fridge in room. Kitchen downstairs appears to be completely shut down and may be off limits. No explanation given. There is fridge, kettle, microwave down there though if you have some of your own supplies …

My room was very close to reception and the receptionist was speaking with a friend the whole morning, couldn't sleep a wink.

The a/c is not working well. We were sweating all. Have to even call the front desk. Pillows are for baby's. Barely nothing inside the pillows.

Pretty good no-frills hotel. My room had a nice little view, and the A/C worked fine. Bed was pretty comfy. They were very nice about storing my suitcase for a couple days before I arrived, and the 24-hour desk was really helpful. The location is okay—not super central but the area is quiet. My room was so tiny it was hard to find somewhere to put my suitcase—I think it would have been pretty tricky with two people. There were also a few little old black stain spots on the bedding... it didn't feel as clean as I might have hoped.

It was like on the pictures, cozy and clean. Friendly people. Close to the center.

-The hotel is near the metro station and small shops -Also, the young man at the reception was kind and helps us with luggages -The room is modern - The hotel does not have an elevator - In the bathroom there is no space to hang the towels or put some clothes - We left our luggages in their hotel after the check out and they did not inform us that nobody will be there and the door will be closed between 1-2PM. Because of that we have to wait someone to come and after that to hurry at the airport.

Exceptional

The property looked old and decrepit on the outside but had been modernised on the inside. The location was handy to laundromats and shops. The churn steeple which is the highest point in Porto is just up the road - entry €1 each. Trinidade.Station with its direct connection to the Airport is just a 20 minute walk in the other direction, which is mostly downhill. The bathroom was great but the room was on the small side, as was the bed, which was long but narrow. The mattress was only average. The kitchen in the downstairs basement needs a lot of attention. The fridge was good and the electric jug was ok but the rest of the equipment wasn’t usable. Crockery and cutlery was minimal.

Absolutely amazing hostel, comfy beds, clean room, well equiped. I’m giving 9/10 just because rude grannie at the front desk, read below. We confirmed with front desk that we can leave our backpacks at the front desk before our check-in time. We arrived at the front desk and the rude old lady started literally screaming at us that check-in is from 2pm. Anyways the man at the front desk at the check-in later was very kind.
