It’s was ok for the value, the room was big for a couple. I stay in front of some garden with chairs and people were smoking there, so I hated and they said that I could enter by 12 pm and when I arrived I needed to waiting until 3 pm. So a little disorganized.

The staff was really friendly. Oervall, it’s a very clean place andI loved the fact that they have accessibility friendly options. The tv didn’t want to connect to the Wi-Fi they had. Sometimes the Wi-Fi connection wasn’t great.

The receptionist and staff of the hotel were really welcoming and nice, I really had a good time there. The place was overall nice and really, really clean, the rooms were carefully cleaned and the housekeeping was really good. I loved the hotel and everything on it was great, only thing I would like is that the next time we go (because we loved it and we want to repeat on our next trip) is to add something to lock the toilet from inside as it wasn't possible to close it. Something else I would add is that The pillows were missing a little filling.

I had a really great and warm stay at hotel Visconde. The stuff was kind and really helpful and the room was spacious and really clean.

Friendly staff, room was well lit and comfortable. Staff cleaned it every day. Water hot. Fridge in room. Staff gave us a kettle and cups for making tea. Did our laundry for reasonable price. Great food places nearby. Close to a metro station for getting to centre. Would stay again. Sometimes outside bell would ring in the middle of the night. Limited number of electric plugs and some were in awkward places.

Room was clean. Bathroom newly remodeled so very modern. You have to ring the front door every time you want to enter, this can only be done until 12 o'clock at midnight, which can be a bit bothersome.

Central position The hotel should need a solid refurbishment

Near underground station, easy street (paid) parking. Smelly bathroom due to plumbing, not from lack of cleaning. Disabled toilet which is not suitable for normal use. Hotel door always locked to come in which gives you the impression that it's a bad neighborhood. The door bell is very annoying as it wakes you up at all hours and for some reason the staff also like to shout at each other early every morning. Not value for money.
