It was a comfortable place to sleep. It was a bit expensive for what it offered. This is just a standard hotel, nothing special. Basic breakfast. For the price I paid, I expected more, but it was fine for a night.

Balkan vibes from the 90s. It had furniture from 20 years ago, maybe more. Its outdated and looks terrible. The bed has a very thin mattress with a topper, but not very comfortable. The towel i got was so thin and worn out that it was almost desintegrating. After 1 shower it was already smelling so bad, like that smell that gets into old things and you can never get out. The AC didnt work, looked like it did not have coolant as the vents had water droplets on them but the air was only humid but not cold. also it was making a hell of a noise when on high. Luckly i could open the window for some cool air at night. I asked for a late checkout and they said that the only option was 4hours vs 50e, nothing else, even though the hotel was pretty empty. Even though my checkout was at 12, there was a staff person knocking on my door at 11:30 to tell me to check out, extremely rude. Bathroom seemed decent, but that shower was very small. If you are an overweight person you will have trouble fitting. You could hear nearby door when they were getting closed / slammed, so soundproofing is non existent. Nothing in the room, no toiletries, no water (2e at the bar if you forget to buy at supermarket), not even those stupid glasses in the bathroom. The location itself is very shady, as previous comments said, a lot of homeless make their home next to the hotel. Just make yourselves a favor and pick another hotel, i only stayed a night but still regret my choice. Not even for 50e is this worth it, let alone 100e. Never again!

Clean and quiet My mattress was very hard. Would have preferred a bit softer bed.

There is a hair dryer and a Pingo Doce downstairs. Homeless people sleeping near the door. 2 paper cups in the room, no coffee maker, no water, no tea kettle, one wastebasket in bathroom only, no ice machine, poor air conditioning, no amenities - only a combination of handsoap, shampoo.

Location was great, walk to train station down the street, it's like 5 minutes.grocery store at the left of the entrance. Walkable 10 minutes to the center. Basic hotel, it was clean, had a small restaurant but I didn't try it. Its good for sleeping. But bed not so comfy. Like sleeping on a futon. Plenty of towels. Need the key card to go above 3rd floor which is good. There were no amenities just 2 bottles of multi purpose wash in the bathroom and a hair dryer. No kettle for tea or coffee, no tissues. The air conditioning didn't work properly but the fan blew air. Can be uncomfortable in the hot summer. All the plugs are by the window in my room.

Location, friendly staff. Close to restaurants. Great breakfast. All good.
-
Location Price for the small room we got with no mini frig and mediocre AC.
-
Good location The reception wasn’t easy to find when I first arrived

We often stay at this hotel chain, but this particular property was very disappointing. The bathroom tiles and shower cabin were covered with mold, and even the air conditioner vent was full of it. Breakfast was extremely poor and nowhere near the standard we’ve experienced at other hotels of this chain.

The staff is very kind and the rooms are satisfactory. Good location of the hotel. The breakfast was problematic since the guy from the lobby was responsible for adding food for breakfast, but he had another job to do, so i found myself asking him to add more food, which shouldn't be like that.

The location is good Room amenities were close to non-existent. Rooms are very small. Breakfast options were very very limited. The rooms are very old. Definitely need some upkeep.

Staff were helpful and nice very clean Ok for a single night stay Expensive for what you got No fridge No kettle No water glasses paper cups that held water for 20 minutes before they leaked A tired hotel trading on the ibis brand name You can do better for the money Ok as a transfer hotel No lounge to socialize in has a small bar and snack bar but there's nothing special about this hotel except the location Paid €136 for the night It did the job but not likely to go back
