WiFi didn’t work in my room, but I wasn’t too worried about it and did not discuss it with the front desk. Little noisy if the window was open.

The staff and location was well. We didn’t find any bags of coffee or tea in the room. The room is shabby .

The internet was not working. The bed and pillows needed to be upgraded. Open window from bedroom to the bathroom. It was kind of funny.

Noise from the outside was constant throughout the night

The property was well located to some of the historic sites Some of the decor is dated When we arrived to check in there was no one at the reception desk and the front door was locked They did have phone numbers on the front door. We hadn’t activated our eSIM yet so it created a little challenge The head housekeeper showed up and tried to help but we hadn’t activated our eSIM yet

This was my second stay at this property; I like the location (close to a metro line) and the service provided by receptionists The pillowcases were apparently not changed after the previous tenant left. In general, this time, I was extremely disappointed with the level of cleanliness; the room had dust and there were long black hair straws hanging around which made me feel very uncomfortable. I won't return back here.

The location for the place is great in a sence that it is right next to Yellow Metro line (2mins). All my basic needs were met and a nice welcome drink from the owner. Also the late checking is very easy as the access is with PIN numbers for every door. Thanks! I would love to have a desk in the room to work from it.

The accommodation met what we required of it. It was close to the metro, just two stops from the centre of Porto. The room had a bed and a private bathroom and that was enough. The room was tiny and had windows facing a busy street. What pleasantly surprised us was the room service who changed towels and made the beds every day. The owner of the accommodation is not to blame for the negative experience, however the other guests were very noisy and selfish. One night we had an experience with a guest who came in drunk and couldn't remember the code to his room. He made noise in the middle of the night for almost an hour. The other night someone came to check in with all their suitcases at 4am, banging on the door and shouting. The third night, there was some sort of scuffle down the street below the window (closed window). It just wasn't very quiet, and since no one is at the front desk at night, even though the hotel has a front desk, no one can solve it.

Could have had more amenities, such as coffee maker, more than one cup and glasses, drying rack to do dishes, kitchen cleaning supplies. Small repairs needed (window blind mechanism, shower, table).

It was very nice that the hotel was clean and 5 minutes away from the metro station. It was not far from the center at all. They gave me the room at the entrance of the hotel, and it was right across from the reception. Therefore, the sounds of all the guests coming and going were in the room. I woke up at 1 a.m. and told this to the reception, whom I contacted via Whatsapp. I received the reply that they had group guests and "they don't have to go around". I asked the person I saw at the reception whether the area was safe at night, and he showed me the ring on his finger. It was a very unnecessary approach. However, I asked if it was safe at night.. I didn't like the answer I got. So, if the man was not married, he would behave differently. How ridiculous. Anyway. The hotel is very noisy, there is a constant shouting noise... And it is a very noisy place from outside at night. There is a club right next to it, so there is noise.

The owner was brilliant. We had a list of things we wanted to do beforehand, however he helped us group these together to make the most of our trip. The only thing I would like there to have been is tea and coffee making facilities in the room
