TV is 3 meters off centre from the bed, thank God for Inez who offered to change the room and gave us a room with the TV in front. There is no electric plug in the bathroom for the hair straightener, no magnifying mirror for make up andthe bathroom extractor in the bathroom does not work.

The staff was nice and helpful The room wasn’t 20 m2 as advertised, it felt more like 12m2. The towels were old and dirty. I asked for fresh ones but never received them. I wanted to book through booking.com, but for some reason I couldn’t and had to pay a higher rate then advertised upon check in.

It's lication was is clise to downtown, most of the attractions are within 20 minutes from the hotel. Staff was friendly and courteous. I recommend this hotel for best value if their stay in Porto.

The front desk team at this hotel is 5-Star! So friendly and helpful - it made our stay honestly. The rooftop is beautiful and the room was clean, well-furnished and comfortable.
