The staff at this hotel are exceptional. Nothing is too much! The front desk staff are so kind and welcoming and so responsive. The breakfast staff are lovely as well. The hotel is beautiful. It is super clean, modern and always smells amazing. The breakfast was amazing, we enjoyed it so much - even just the buffet, but then you can order fresh food on top. We loved it and would recommend it to anyone. We had an issue with the room next door being very loud in the night. This wasn’t the hotels fault at all but they do advertise the rooms as soundproof and that wasn’t our particular experience. My husband called reception and they called the room immediately, so dealt with it perfectly. That was the only downside for us.

Location was great. Staff were very helpful. Also free water in the room as much as needed, which was a great perk. Very quiet area, despite the construction across the street. We were welcomed with a coffee while waiting for our room. Great service Nothing!!!

That it was far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but close enough to walk. The hotel was spotless and the staff impeccable. Nothing the property was perfect!

Amazing staff all day round , we never saw a grumpy face or a person who wouldn’t help . Special mention for Martha who handled both check in and out , also helped personally with carrying the luggage to the uber pick up point . Hats off and good work guys The location is lovely but extremely tiring for someone who can’t manage walking up the slopes. Carrying luggage from the taxi drop off to the hotel (about 100 meters or so ) is extremely taxing .. some alternate like a buggy could perhaps help the situation

Clean and modern inside. Very friendly and supportive staff. Really not a 5 star hotel (rooms perfectly nice but fixtures and fittings were cheap looking) so I felt everything was a tad overpriced. Food was nice in restaurant but didn't seem like Michelin quality as we were told.

Such a cool and classy building - historic, brilliantly developed, in a quiet cobbled alleyway, at the foot of a cliff leading to a lively area. Great roof-top bar. Quiet and secluded, with great views. Slightly out of the main part of the city which meant you have a lovely 5-minute walk in, experiencing the less-touristy areas and the traditional area of Miragaia.

Beautiful building! Lovely room, very comfortable bed. Don’t understand the comments about it being hard to access, the narrow road is maybe a 1 minute walk with zero incline. Staff were very attentive :) Nothing!

This hotel is tucked away into the hillside but is a little gem. Staff were all friendly and very helpful It’s up a very narrow cobbled alley that some taxis couldn’t find, so people with mobility issues might struggle with access

Incredible communication from the staff ahead of our stay and during, they organised a transfer for us and made us feel so welcome! Our rooms were stylish and next to each other which as a family of five we hugely appreciated. Lovely roof terrace, delicious cocktails, great showers and super comfortable beds.

Everything was amazing. One of the best breakfast we had in a long time. The rooftop is very nice for the end of the day. And the location of the hotel is perfect.
