Location, bed was comfy. Very quiet.

The location was great. There were some issues with the window coverings in the main bedroom. The host offered to come and fix them, but we declined. Also, there was a lot of humidity in the upstairs bedroom and no light at the top of the stairs.

The hot water shower didn't vacuum because the extractor might be broken The bedroom has only one side night table and lack of electric power for more than two phone chargers

It’s clean, nicely set up. Cozy! Great location! No elevator ?? you get your workout when in Porto!

The arrival and check-in process went smoothly. The only problem was that I was pulling on the front door and not pushing and thought the code wasn’t working. I sent a message and called the property contact through WhatsApp and the staff was immediately responsive. Everything about the apartment seemed very fresh, clean, and well maintained. The television was a good size and the ability to access Internet based apps, such as Netflix, was a wonderful plus. The Internet connection remained stable throughout my stay. Regarding the washing machine, it worked well, there is no dryer, but fortunately, less than two blocks away there was a laundromat where I was able to take the wet clothes to be dried. Not much could be done about the location, it was a 15 minute walk from the rail station and mostly slightly uphill. I arrived doing a rainfall, so that sucked.

Perfect apartment in an ideal location! Location & hosts: Absolutely perfect - couldn’t ask for better! Amenities & setup: Fully equipped with everything we needed. Highlight: Adorable seagulls visiting our balcony daily ? Minor con: A bit chilly inside, but not a dealbreaker.

The location was great for walking to all the sights. The apartment was comfortable. The staff were responsive and helpful. It was a nice surprise to be able to use a washing machine. My only complaint was the bedroom and bed were on the small side.

Loved the unit. Had everything we needed and it was so well laid out. Our favourite was the outdoor patio; so very unique and relaxing. Must mention the 24/7 reception service available with luggage storage. Amazing service and hospitality from everyone we dealt with!!! We had the main floor unit and we could hear the walking above us and squeaking of bed or floor above. Would not have been an issue except those guests came and went during very late hours and early morning.

Clean, lots of storage, loved having a sink, stove, fridge and microwave. Great location.

Liked: the space was fantastic and excellent value for money. There was a little lounge area, tables and chairs and small kitchenette. The wifi worked really well and there was even a washing machine which we were able to use to freshen up our clothes for the rest of the trip. Disliked: the noise! We were on the ground floor and due to the nature of it being an old building, we could hear everything above us. The floorboards are very creaky so be prepared. We also had trouble with the hot water in the shower for the whole three days we were there. When we called reception, they said you often have to wait for the hot water to fill up again, however we could never have a shower longer than two minutes before the hot water ran out and the other one of us would have to shower cold. After a long flight, this was not what we were hoping for. The bathroom door also didn’t close so be prepared for a lack of privacy. We told all of this to the staff who were kind enough to offer us a discount upon rebooking, however no hot water and the noise were enough for us not to recommend or rebook.

The apartment is spacious and well equipped.

Everything except the noise from the floor above The structure holding the floor for the apartment above is flimsy and every move they make creates lots of noise. Every single movement above is felt downstairs with great sound levels.
