Remisens Casa Rosa, Annexe

Room is renovated and we were upgraded to a bigger suite. Walls could get a repaint job as there are some stains on the walls and on the top. We had nice view of the sea. Breakfast was really good with lots of choices. Could have more seating available outside for breakfast.

Location and food was good 30 degrees Celsius in the room and 26 degrees in the other room? The thermostat wasn't modifiable and sleeping was very uncomfortable. Went to the front desk but was given a fan to carry back to the room. Thank goodness it was only a one day stay.

Had difficulty locating the hotel, No instructions to go do the check-in in Hotel Metropolitan, parking was expensive and is not free during the season.

Nice room with excellent sea view. Gorgeous breakfast and dinner. Helpful staff. Indoor pool is nice, however very salty water. Sauna was great. No clock on the wall at the pool and sauna area.

Breakfast was very good, it was served in the 5* Metropol hotel. The interior of the room was good. It was a misleading info in the advertizing in Booking. The Casa Rosa was in a separate building, while all services- reception, pool and SPA and breafast were in the Metropol hotel. We had to walk in the rain to enjoy the facilities. Later the staff told us about a connection through an external public garage using 3 different elevators. It was misleading and unacceptable. The heating doesn't work, it was a cold and rainy day. We've asked for a service but it didn't help.

The hotel isn’t directly accessible by car and is on a steep slope so it was challenging to get our wheelchair bound family member in and out of the hotel.

The use of the facilities (swimming pool and sauna) were wonderful. The breakfast was amazing! Loved it! Walking distance to Piran.

The room was clean and spacious. The balcony was nice as well. The small pool was great. First Lady who checked us in spoke so fast I couldn’t understand her. When I asked if the property had a map she just stared at me.

The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner are both amazing! The private beach that may be used by hotel guests only is also very nice, as well as the indoor pool and other spa facilities. Excellent location, very close to the city center in a safe and friendly neighborhood. We liked everything.

I needed to pay for the parking.

Good location, breakfast had loads of options and spa and pools if you are a guest The whole thing needs an update honestly, some staff is uptight and difficult to deal with.

The location and view is great and the breakfast is with so many varieties Every thing was ok except the behavior of one staff member responsible for the outdoor swimming pool. I reported this matter to the manager in duty and asked for feedback but no feedback was obtained.

The panorama Breakfast Room There was an electricity problem the day i checked in for couple of hours . I paid for sea view and balcony more than another friend of mine but he also had the sea view and balcony so pricing strategy is misleading an marketing trick.

Once more we stayed in this hotel. Hotel is fully renovated. Everything looks good. Nice location. Check in went smooth. Dinner and breakfast at Metropol were as always very good. Staff was very polite. We enjoyed the pool at Metropol. There is one thing that i want to say - as this hotel is a 4 Star hotel i think at least guests should have bathrobes and slippers in the room.
