Perfect location, easy to access everything with public transportation. Great breakfast, a lot of various choices. the staff members are really friendly. Good value for money Very uncomfortable beds (the mattress is soft and the bed is really narrow)

The hotel was really close to both the tram lines and the metro green line. I had the pleasure of meeting really helpful staff members, the experience being all together wonderful. Besides a few small stains on the bed sheets everything was spot clean.

Everything, but coordination between cleaning staff and reception needs some improvement. In my case for receptionist handed number 1022 as i went in, room was still not cleaned. Its not a big issue frankly. The hotel exceeded my expectation. Well reception could be more helpful with the checkin at machines. First they sent guests to the checkin machine, something did not work in that machine, and guests frustrated came back to the reception. This is time.

Very modern, high-vibe hotel with an interesting design. The rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast offers a wide variety of options, with plenty of seating, including an outdoor patio. There are vending machines for coffee and drinks. The tram station is located right in front of the hotel. The staff are polite, helpful, and attentive. A bit far from the airport.
