Beautiful hotel with spacious and clean rooms, great location, delicious breakfast and helpful staff.

Everything was excellent and the most convenient location for all major attractions. Room spotless, staff very polite and facilitating, great breakfast too. The set up for breakfast was a bit inconvenient for terrace seating, one had to walk up and down steps to fill up a plate. Unless you were seated inside, where it was kinda dark and not very inspiring compared to the terrace.

Location and new section has great AC. The tv never worked they were willing to move us but not compensate. We had unpacked already so we did not move

Located in midst of Old Town. Staff too stern

Central location in busy old town area, walk to sights. Huge rooms with antiques. Great staff. Deer Restaurant inside good too Noise Next to rowdy club with yelling till 4 am

The room was so beautiful! The bed very comfortable. The location is perfect ! Easy to walk all around! We loved it and we love the brand Nuxe that was for the shower ? For a 5 stars the coffee and tea should be a better quality like for example an espresso coffee machine instead of Nescafé sachets and better tea brands.

The hotel shower hose was broken down night before the last day.

I LOVED the beauty and charm of the hotel. Our room was grand and spacious and very quiet. What I really appreciated was our rooms were ready early, so we didn't lose anytime settling in and walking around the town. The location was fabulous! Breakfast was included but was down stairs without a handrail and could be tricky for folks with any mobility issues whatsoever. I also wanted coffee just a few minutes before the breakfast opened (literally 3 minutes), and was told no. I was so surprised, as our reception was so welcoming at the front desk.

Location was great, very clean. Unique style furniture. Lovely music every evening at bar. Very Good restaurant. Buffet breakfast in basement and crowded. Breakfast staff not friendly or helpful.

The location of the property is excellent, the staff was courteous and efficient especially the front desk lady and Christian the bartender. They made us feel special as guests. The breakfast is perfect for a quick bite before heading out for the day. Our room was spacious and comfortable.

Difficult accès for cars caravanes

Very nice location. Beautiful room. God breakfast. Difficult to reach by taxi from airport. We had a much better excusing the hotel ride service for our return trip.

I enjoyed the ambiance of the property. Beautifully designed with high chandeliers and artwork. The Deer restaurant was a bonus, with good food and service. I found Deer restaurant overpriced, plus, the tip of 12.5% was automatically added to the bill. I strongly feel it should've been left to me to choose it. Breakfast was included in my price of stay. Frankly, it left a lot to be desired. Every day, I would come down for Breakfast only to find eggs, sausages, bacon not being warmed up, forget about having hot breakfast. Oh, yes.....I found some staff personnel being unfriendly and ignoramus. But, there were diamonds in the rough among them! Lastly, I'm sorry to say, my experience with locals are not a friendly bunch of people.

Excellent location in historic area near old square and astronomical clock. Excellent breakfast. Room excellent. Was difficult to manage thermostat in room so was a bit too hot. Otherwise excellent.

Location was perfect and felt upscale.
