Fantastic location. Wonderful staff

Friendly reception staff and very beautiful design in a walkable neighborhood. They gave us many suggestions on navigating the city/metro system and the breakfast was delicious! The room size is smaller but very cozy with a soft bed and heat/AC unit. We highly recommend Maison Italian!

Ideal location friendly staff good breakfast Sometimes when I arrived early and late, need to call them and wait for the door to open. The room without balcony is a bit dark during the day.

A very nice stay in a boutique hotel in an interesting part of Santiago. Well suited for a short stay. The location in Barrio Italia is a draw in itself, a gentrifying neighborhood with a good selection of restaurants, cafes, and shops within easy walking distance. Staff were friendly and accommodating throughout, including an early check-in after a very early morning arrival, which was much appreciated. The hotel itself is a thoughtful architectural intervention, a modern addition built on top of and into an existing facade, with the ground floor configured to house a cafe and shops. A very nice revitalization of an existing building. The rooms are compact but well organized with adequate storage, comfortable beds, and good blackout shades. The bathroom is clean and efficient. Breakfast, included in our stay, was delicious and plentiful. The english muffins, breads, and egg options were particularly good. The desk area is small and the in-room coffee machine takes up a good portion of it. There is an outdoor courtyard but in winter it is too cold to use comfortably, and there is no indoor lounge area to work from.

Location is really nice, we had a patio with mountain view and is perfect for people watching; staff is really nice; breakfast was really nice The room is really small and we can barely open our luggages; we couldn’t sleep well with the noice from the street and some weird drilling noise from time to time

Room was very clean, very quiet and very comfortable. Modern decor with good room layout. Fantastic breakfast. I was delighted to be able to get excellent pancakes with syrup and fruit on top. Anais at the front desk was extremely helpful and pleasant. She gave us lots of useful sightseeing and restaurant advice and organized a better option for our trip to the airport.

The eight-room boutique Maison Italia, in the heart of the delightful Barrio Italia, is a gem! The staff are super friendly, extremely helpful and a pleasure to speak with - in Spanish or English. I want to especially note: Anais at the desk, Esteban and Piera in the dining room and Norma. Our terraced room was extremely comfortable; our included breakfast freshly cooked and served each morning in a light-filled, plant-surround space. Tiny shops are part of the hotel’s public space. A very special place within walking distance of Santiago’s popular sites. Everything was wonderful.

The property is beautiful and charming. The entrance is welcoming and in perfect condition. We loved everything, including the shops!

Amazing location, very friendly staff and the room was comfortable. The breakfast was good and the courtyard area is very pleasant. The staff were also bery helpful in giving local recommendations and helping arrange for a driver to take us to nearby vinyards The room is quite tight and the balcony is quite small so not somewhere you'd spend much time, but there are communal spaces that are nice and quiet and there's so many great bars and restaurants a stones throw away that doesn't really matter.

Maison D'Italia is a beautifully designed hotel in an amazing and lively location. The rooms are small but adequate and the bathrooms are well designed. The front desk staff are amazing and the breakfast is probably one of the best I have ever had in a hotel. There are several options of locations to enjoy breakfast including the outdoor cafe area. We would definitely return here and also highly recommend this boutique hotel. Robes for the bathroom would have been a nice touch! Otherwise nothing.

The property is located in the perfect location to explore Barrio Italia - the staff went above and beyond to accommodate early check-in, extra water, coffee and breakfast. The staff also provided exceptional dinner suggestions and was so helpful! N/A
