Location, service The restroom door is glass , not to much privacy to use toilet

The location and having a restaurant. But the location was also the reason it was so loud at night that it was difficult to sleep. You can hear the night club music all night and every night. No beach amenities and you have to pay for a chair and/ or umbrella. Even a small Airbnb has umbrella for the beach.

The hotel is very worn down and not cozy. The rooms are dark and the bathroom seems especially worn down. The main pool was out of service during our stay. Our toilet didn’t flush. We notified the staff when we left in the morning to go to the beach - when we returned in the afternoon nothing had been done but they offered us a different room. Not the hotel’s fault but a nightclub close by plays VERY loud music with a heavy bass into the early hours of the morning.

It was in a great location for us. We don’t mind the walk to the part of the beach that was swim able. The pool was great a a very kid friendly hotel. The disco tech that is across the street was horrible!!! They would start at 10pm and go til 4 am. It was so loud and there was nothing you or the staff could do about it.

The location facing the beach is excellent, couldn’t be better for watching the sunset etc.aand people watching! HOWEVER a new very large beach restaurant has been built almost in this view. They offer entertainment every evening and the music goes on until 5 am. Very Loud music! This needs to be resolved by the management and town.

Everyone was very helpful. We got our laundry done on site for a great price, thank you. the water stations throughout the building wonderful. The restaurant was excellent - Fettuccini alfredo phenomenal - Thank you to the cooks. Room Service every day. Location perfect!

Construction noise all day long. Loud music from bar across the street until 2am. Mosquito fumigation right in front of my husband while lying by the pool with no warning. He had to jump up and run from the fumes.

There is a coffee machine and a bag containing coffee, sugar and coffee creamer. All hotels offer this for free, but they refused to give it to me and asked for money for it. The Wi-Fi, the person who works at night was not nice enough, they put uncomfortable bracelets on your wrist and do not allow you to enter the hotel without it even if you show them the room key, very annoying repair work, and you hear the sound of nightclubs in your room, scarcity of giving a bag for a small bag containing coffee and a request for money for this small bag

I like that it's close to the beach. Lots of restuarants near by! There an ally way next door that has a lot of mexican street food. We loved that's theres an Oxxo next door as well Theres a great beach club in front. If your a light sleeper, bring those ear plugs and you will be fine

The hotel is centrally located. We really didn't have to go anywhere. Restaurants, bars, live music. There is a 24 food/snacks/drinks next to the hotel. The staff were SUPER helpful and cordial. Also, you can order drinks/food at the hotel restaurant and they'll bring it to you. I gave a low rating in the cleaning because, although the floors were clean the bathroom wasn't. We stayed for a week and although they made our beds the bathroom needed a more thorough cleaning.

location it look old, door in shower didn’t work. Beds have a plastic between mattress and sheets it made the bed so uncomfortable.
