Thé location was good The smart tv could not connect to internet and staff could not change my room or fix and that was a requirement of my trip . On the other hand they helped me with arranging an international taxi from Argentina into Brazil

Location WiFi as practically non-existent. Things seemed old and tired. Upon check in the clerk was not friendly.

The pillows. They felt like rocks haha

Great location. Nearby street is closed at night for pedestrians to seek out food and drink. Steep stairs until we found the side door.

The staff was friendly and the bedroom was nice It was extremely loud throughout the night and there was mold in the bathroom and it had an odd smell to it

Location was good. Poor breakfast, the drain in the shower wasn’t working and they didn’t fix it after complain. The shower had mold.

Good location. Noisy at night when we're trying to go to sleep. There lots of noise and music coming from nearby restaurants.

I feel like living on the street, the wall and window doesn’t block any sound. Can’t sleep even with headset on.

The major problem was that after quite heavy rainfall in the area there was water coming out from under the bedroom. We informed the front desk about the issue that only handed us in a rude way a couple of towels and told us to clean up.

It can be loud at night due to restaurant street nearby. The room was smaller than advertised.

Convenient location near Centro and bus terminal. The breakfast can be improved, provide a toaster, some warm food. Most of all food should be covered as there are lots of flies, insects flying around, landing and crawling around fruits, bread and baked goods making them very unsanitary. The area is very noisy at night with restaurants playing loud music well into the nights, not to mentions locals seem to drive their cats with music blasting. The windows and walls aren’t sound proof.

The real center location walking distance from all of the cafeterias and paces! Hotel seems to be new, there were a good linens and bed sheets Shower room is soooooo small I was not able to fit there properly to take a shower and there were alooooot of mould and seems like nobody cares about it

Great location, room and bed are spacious including a kitchenette, great value. Desk clerk was not particularly friendly.

The central location in the town was ideal and we could walk to restaurants and cafes. The breakfast was only so-so. Not nearly as nice or as good as other places we have traveled to. The maid never made up our bed, the bedspread had a stain on it, the maid did leave clean towels, but one had stains on it. The maid did not leave a clean bath mat, so I asked the front desk man for one, and he was not friendly. He came back and gave me a towel that had stains all over it and looked like it should be a cleaning towel. The hallway had been swept and the dirt just left in the corner the entire 2 nights we were there. The room had a nice view, but the windows are not noise-proof, and we couldn't sleep, as we heard music from the street way into the middle of the night. The only friendly staff member was the lady on duty at reception when we arrived. She was nice. But, the gentleman in the evenings was not. We would not stay there again.

Well located, good breakfast

Great place, great location, great cleanliness and great staff. The included breakfast was delicious. Will definitely be coming back! They do not have a bidet (if you care about that) and we unfortunately came by the week the whole town was having water service issues (so the pool was not available) but other than that, excellent place.

The location is in downtown This place is very dirty, very loud and smelled bad. If the room was clean, I would not have written this review. If you can’t clean your rooms properly, you are not a real hotel. I had to switch rooms 2 times because of how dirty and noisy it was. Their was someone else’s hair on the bed sheets and sink. A used toothpick on the dirty floor. Even the hallway floor was full of dead bugs and hair. It looks nice from the pictures but it isn’t taken care of at all. I would never stay here again.
