Property is at very good location on the up hill age gave you fell like that you are living in the national park Room and rest room quality was not good

The outer part of the property was beautiful, with plant lined walkways to get to the rooms. There was AC in the room and a good warm shower. The place has a lot of potential, but doesn’t seem very well maintained or cared for. The lobby smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and came across as dingy. There were broken lamps along the walkways and rusting gutters looking like they were going to fall off the roof. In the room we found random hair and the sheets had stains. The comforter didn’t look clean and we didn’t use it. It worked for 1 night for the price of $30 per room for 2 people. It was listed $100 more than that and I don’t think you’d get your money’s worth at that price point.

Desk person was okay. Pool looked nice. Hot water. Clean linen. Internet. AC was broken. No phone in room to call for help. No reception from local carrier Claro.

many plants...so much green friendly helpful staff very spacy room the windows and the balcony door were locked, we could not open windows and the balcony door... breakfast was a bit...simple...

The location was great to enjoy the nature and not that far from the city center to enjoy the three countries point view. The staff could not cope much with information about what to do in the Town,. The facilities were old and not well maintained, the swimming pool was not clean to be used.
