Great location, stunning views from the balcony and big car park on site. Housekeeping can be quite consistent, one morning we were woken at 8:30am with a housekeeping knock we advised we’d be heading out later however they continued to knock two more times before 9:30. Our fault for not putting a do not disturb sign on the door but felt either way that was really early and continuing to knock after we advised we’d be around for a while was a little frustrating.

Location Facilities

The facilities were good, just think it could do with a bit of love. Looking a little tired. Could do with a little love and a good lick of paint.

Nice view Laundry only had one working washing machine and a half working dryer that didn’t even dry clothes in 2 dry cycles. Ended up driving to a laundry mat to do washing

Stunning view and amazing and kept clean. The windows really fog up and it’s impossible to see the view in the morning.

A little out dated but we were looking for something not too expensive as we were hardly in the room. We were out late and then came back and left early to go to Milford Sounds so it was good for that

Loved the location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast got the job done. Might be slightly overpriced for what was provided but still was nice to have on early mornings

The location was amazing and a spacious apartment. The heating was poor but by the end of the trip we adapted better than the first few days. Bedroom doors were a bit iffy to open

The location was convenient, view was nice. The apartment was a good size and had the basic facilities we needed, and the staff were generally friendly. The biggest issue throughout our stay was the excessive noise coming from upstairs. This occurred at all hours, sometimes as early as 6am and other times late at night, and even throughout the day there was frequent banging, heavy footsteps, doors being slammed and what sounded like furniture being dragged along the floor constantly. We understand that some noise from other guests is outside of the property’s control, and we appreciated that staff did contact the rooms upstairs and ask them to keep the noise down. However, the noise continued throughout our entire stay, and we didn’t feel there was much more that could be offered to help improve the situation. What particularly surprised us was receiving a phone call from a staff member later that evening suggesting that, the next time the noise occurred, we should throw a shoe at the ceiling. We found this quite inappropriate and unprofessional, particularly after we had already raised the issue with staff. Overall, we appreciated that staff were friendly and did make an attempt to address the noise, but unfortunately the ongoing disturbance had a significant impact on our stay. Considering the price we paid, we didn’t feel the overall experience represented the level of value we were expecting.

Comfortable beds, and plenty of space for the whole family in the 2 bedroom appartments with a beautiful view. Overall great value for money. The hotel is in need of a refresh, looking a bit tired.

Location walking distance to centre. The view! 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. It was dated. The TV was terrestrial TV only with no option to use streaming services.
