Location and views. No exercise room

Quests with their virtual reality games kept invading my privacy and they were disgusting.

Excellent location and good service Just a few details with the room, maybe needs some updating and a bigger television

Beautiful architecture, great location

The property is excellent but the problem is that the room was the room smell, terrible like humidity the carpet have stains that are very visible. The air conditioning machine doesn’t work properly and makes really weird sounds. It was impossible to sleep with those sounds and now trying to get a refund, but they don’t respond? Bookings system is horrible

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I was pleasantly surprised, as I expected the facilities to be a bit old given its central location, but everything was actually very modern. The bedrooms were lovely, spacious, and offered great views. The entire staff was very pleasant, especially the bellboy Victor, who was a true gentleman and incredibly kind. The location is excellent right in the city center, with plenty of attractions, restaurants, churches, and a great atmosphere just outside the hotel. The only downside was that arriving by car can be a bit confusing, as it’s not very easy to find the hotel’s parking. Also, the parking is not included and requires an additional fee, which would have been nice to have included in the stay.

WiFi was spotty

The location of the hotel is excellent and the architecture of the building is beautiful. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The staff is really nice and polite. There were multiple things that did not meet my expectations. There was a strong drainage smell in the room, there was no handsoap in the restroom and the fan did not work, unless the light was on. Therefore, I could not have it on during the night. Additionally, it was advertised that breakfast was included, however it is only served M-F.

I had a great stay here. Everything was nearby. Definitely would love to stay again!!!

No hot water:(

Location is perfect for exploring the historic center It’s a little dated - worn carpets, broken or missing tiles.

The location can’t be beat. It is in the heart of the historic district. The building itself is a beautifully remodeled convent. The individual rooms finished surfaces are nicely done. The carpeting is bad- worn. At night exterior rooms can be noisy. Avoid rooms above the bar/ restaurant area. The rooms are spacious, but the carpets are - I hate to say-disgusting- tattered and dirty. The room flooring needs to be replaced. The bathrooms need to be redone as well. The fixtures are aged and worn.

Church bell rings every 15 minutes in one particular wing of the hotel. No one can sleep if you get a room in that particular wing.

Everything was more than excellent. The staff very nice. Many places around to visit, eat, walk, have fun.

Location was great. Many attractions with in walking distance. Loud music from bars and clubs across the street. Thin walls and windows need to be improved for better noise cancelling.

Old Carpet

Location is great and we felt safe since it is a crowded area with a lot of tourists. The staff were nice and had a great service attitude. The place is super clean, and we had a view of the streets, which was nice. The building is very beautiful and big.

Location was great. Excellent service. The place was perfect, I don’t have anything negative to say.

The hotel is in need of refreshment. The carpets are old and dirty. There was a broken drawer (from overuse) in the room and it was hard to control the temperature. As a result, one of us didn’t sleep well because it was too warm in the room. The breakfast was subpar and the atmosphere there was uncomfortable - we only ate there the first morning.
