Everything!!-

We liked everything! The staff was outstanding. The room was surprisingly very updated. The breakfast was wonderful. The communication before the stay was very helpful. For someone who rarely rates their stay, I felt I had to rate this hotel highly!

The breakfast was delicious with a good variety. We loved it! The staff were friendly, kind and helpful. Our room was beautiful and the AC was nice and cool. The bed was too firm for our liking. It was like sleeping on a board.

Wonderful

A lovely hotel with a great staff and amazing breakfast. There were frequent happy hours where the hotel served drinks and appetizers in a gorgeous gazebo. And the room was well appointed and comfortable.

Clean, big rooms for Italy, AC worked great for hot night in July, breakfast was wonderful. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Dinner recommendations were great. Shuttle to Revenna port, on time, clean and comfortable. Worth the price.

Clean. Welcoming. Good AC. ( it was really hot outside). Fabulous breakfast, one of the best. Many choices. Fresh breads and pastries. Kind, helpful staff. Nothing.

The staff is very friendly and helpful

Location was great. About a five minute taxi ride from train station. About ten minute walk to historic center. Rooms were quiet , air conditioned, of good size and equipped with mini fridge and coffee station. Spa and small fitness center were also on premises. Breakfast amenities were extensive and included a variety of both hot and cold items catering to differing palates and dietary needs. Staff members were exceptionally attentive to every detail, offering concierge services for attractions, dining and transfers to cruise terminals. Nothing.

Great location within walking distance to town and basilica. Valet came right out to take our luggage up to the room and service at front desk was exceptional. The amenities were surprisingly good including a nice spa. Breakfast was very enjoyable in their glass garden room.

I liked the hotel's location. It was a 5-minute walk to downtown and the train station. The breakfast was good, with a wide variety of food. The staff was very courtesy. The issue I had with this hotel was the noise. The walls are so thin, and you can hear everything. When I stayed there, I could not sleep because there was an infant one night, and the next night, a couple talked all night. Make sure you reserve a room that has no one next door. The lack of soundproofing in the rooms. You can hear everything. Also, I was taking a nap, and a housekeeper knocked on my door and walked in. I told the front staff was going to take a nap. I could not sleep after that.
