Our time place is amazing clean staff is more than accommodating. Interview is gorgeous.

The carpets in the room were very dirty ,the bathroom had smudges in the bathtub . And the room smelt really bad when I walked in .Stayed only 1 night so didnt interact with staff much.

The employees were really nice and helpful, but the elevator and the lobby floors weren't clean.

Everytime we need to go to UCR, we stayed here. There is a UCR discount, but you will need to call them to make reservations.

Carpet in hallway disgusting. Bistro was a joke. Server ignored us, we left.

Friendly staff. The hallway had a smell and elevator wasn’t very good.

The 3rd Floor had a smell like Cat Urine. Something was going on, as they were drying the floor with blowers, but strong smell like Cat Urine was present.

I liked the location of the hotel. I liked the size of the room. I didn’t like that I could hear a crying infant in the adjoining room throughout the night and into the morning. I’m thankful I brought headphones to drown out the crying. I didn’t like that the hotel was under construction and wasn’t able to change to a different room

This hotel was advertised as 2 mile walk to the UC Riverside campus. It was not. It was 30 minutes.
