Quality Inn Riverside near UCR and Downtown

Staff is good helpful everything is nice clean breakfast is very good but bedsheets are dirty kindly wash them often

The worst ever staff was rude!too many tweekers on property

Restroom needs a little maintenance

A standard room with cosmetic damages found on higher low end stays… some dirty walls, no or missing pictures, small stains. Staff was super friendly, room was comfortable, beds and pillows good. Breakfast was awesome! Pool area was basic but enjoyable. Would stay here again no problem. Plenty of shopping and dining nearby.

The staff was really nice. The breakfast was good. I felt safe at night. Overall the experience was good. I would stay there again.

Clean rooms, decent free breakfast, friendly staff. Definitely try to stay on the first floor due to the stairs. Will go back the next time break is needed.

Staff locations

The hotel needs some TLC. Room is dark. Room door security lock isn't secure. TV had no signal. Carpet is worn. Breakfast was ok. Front desk staff were the highlight of the vist as they are all very friendly.

We stayed here for 2 nights, great location, plenty of parking

•Cockroach in the bathroom. •A homeless man slept on the balcony next to our room, then he was in the breakfast area barefoot touching all utensils with his dirty hands. Ruined my appetite. Other than that is was an affordable stay but might not return

The rooms need work! The tub was dirty old rusty , even though the the area was a bit shady didn't mean you should Not keep ROOMS In excellent CONDITION ,and desk checkin man should keep his opinions to himself , THE DOOR SEEM DAMAGED HAD A BENT LOOK , but I had an ideal by the low rating it has. But in these few remarks it's noT that bad like a 1.5/5 , the surroundings lowered the rate mainly
