I stayed at the same hotel 2 weeks ago and the experience this time is totally different in a much better sense...No bad smells, availability of food to buy after closure hours and ofcourse a very nice setup for watching the worldcup. Well done. Nothing this time.

Clean, spacious two bedrooms, great food. Excellent and very helpful staff, special thanks to Faisal and Latifa. Guest parking was excellent however full shade would be great.

Clean, good food, attentive staff. Parking is slightly annoying as parking lot is behind the hotel and you’d have to walk a little in the sun to enter the hotel. Valet parking is not included in booking.

Clean , location and conformable.. No breakfast or well coming by the receptionist and I was charged for 5 hours check early. Besides, I was forced either to have my family split in two different floor or to be up graded in same floor. I have no option except pay for the same king sweet room in the same floor of the 2 bed room. I asked for Late check out although I was challenged for a good time not to have it until I told them I will not leave before 3.00 pm. Young non experience receptionist without the right authority to decide.

The room and amenities Room Service. The menu was not updated and they removed it from my room so I wouldn’t able to choose and take advantage of the room service. Some staff are prompt with your request and others were not diligent. I asked for Housekeeping and they informed me that it will start at 9am which I accepted then I went out so they can clean the room however after few hours when I came back, the room was not cleaned.

The staff are amazing and very hospitable, the rooms are spacious and clean. No free WiFi , in this day and most hotels offer free WiFi and sadly for the price paid for the room and the level of this hotel WiFi is a paid services. The breakfast buffet was abit lacking in diversity.
